本発明は複数の回転軸の先端に研掃ブラシを軸
着して形成した研掃部本体を昇降自在として架台
の昇降台上に垂設すると共に、該架台下には被研
掃材を挾持して一定の速度で移行せしめる被研掃
材挾持移送部を横設して、被研掃材のバリ、錆、
スケール等を研磨除去する様にした研掃装置に関

はドリルにより穿設される緊締孔の内周面外方に
生ずるバリを除去しなければ均一な添設緊締が不
可能となつて種々の弊害が生ずるものである。こ
の為、近時熔断部材の端部に生ずる熔断カス及び
ドリル孔の内周面外方に生ずるバリ等を除去する
為に回転軸の先端に砥石又は研掃ブラシを軸着回
転せしめてこれにより研掃する様にしているもの
である。しかしながらかかる研掃装置において
は、研掃材が常時一定方向に回転しているもので
ある為、該研掃材の反回転方向のバリ等は的確に
除去されるが、回転方向と同一方向のバリ等は除
去されず、その上複雑形状の部材にあつては二次
的なバリを発生せしめる憂いを有しているもので
あり、又被研掃材の形状,板厚及び研掃度合等に
対応させる為に研掃本体の昇降、移動機構及び被
研掃材の移送機構の装置全体が大型化する等種々

つ相互に相反する様に自転する複数の回転軸の先
端に研掃ブラシを軸着して形成しているので、該
研掃ブラシの公転,自転により如何様な形状の被
研掃材及びドリル孔の穿設状況にも的確に対応す
ると同時にこの研掃部本体が被研掃部材の板厚に
応じて螺桿により適宜昇降しつつ無端軌条による
挾持爪で挾持移送される被研掃材のバリ等を的確
に研磨除去し、簡単な構成で効率的に作動する極

10′を張設して一定速度で回動せしめると共に、

にして低速、若しくは逆方向に図示しない駆動源
により回動し、又は停止せる無端軌条12の挾持
受爪11により被研掃材の他側端を挾圧すること
となるが、該無端軌条12は挾持爪8,9の一定
圧の移送負荷によりこれに追随して無端軌条1
0,10′と同一方向に挾持爪8,9と挾持受爪
11とにより被研掃材を挾圧した侭移送せしめる
こととなる。この様にして被研掃材を架台4内に
移送するとそれまで上方で待機していた研掃部本
体3が架台4に配設する駆動モーター7の作動に
より螺桿6,6′を回転せしめてこれに螺着する
昇降台5が一定高さ降下して、研掃部本体3の下
面で公転しながら自転する複数の研掃ブラシ2,
2′により被研掃材のバリ等を研磨除去するもの
である。而してこの時被研掃材に発生しているバ
リの状況に応じて無端軌条10,10′,12を
緩慢に移行せしめるか、或は一時停止せしめても
良く、又、研掃部本体3の降下度合を適宜調整し
て被研掃材の研磨度合を変更出来るものである。
更にこの研掃部本体3の降下は被研掃材の形状及
び板厚等が一定のものであればその位置で固定し
た侭無端軌条10,10′,12を移行せしめて
も良いものである。この様にして被研掃材のバリ
を研磨除去すると無端軌条10,10′により被
研掃材挾持移送部13の他端部に移行すると挾持
受爪11を突設する無端軌条12がスプロケツト
17′により下方に回動すると該受爪11が被研
掃材の他端より外脱して被研掃材の挾圧状態を解
放して該被研掃材を移送部13の他端に移送して

めると共に、これらの軌条間に上記挾持爪と相対
向する挾持受爪を一定の間隔で突設し、且つ前記
挾持爪の一定圧の移送負荷により追随して回動す
る無端軌条を張設して、これにより被研掃材を挾
持、移送する被研掃材挾持移送部を横設してなる
ことを特徴とする研掃装置。1.
