``Problems that conventional technology and ideas cannot solve'' Conventionally, as a construction method for repairing an existing tunnel, the existing concrete surface is partially chipped off within an area where there is no risk of collapse, and mortar is poured into the chipped area. In addition, a method is generally adopted in which the adjacent parts are removed and the entire repair is performed by successively performing similar steps.

However, with this construction method, chiseling work and mortar casting work require a great deal of labor and time, and since chiseling work and mortar casting work are performed alternately, construction is complicated and increases construction time and costs. There were problems such as not having one.

Therefore, the applicants et al. created recesses in the side wall of the existing tunnel at predetermined intervals, supported and fixed the fixing protrusions at the lower end of the PC board built along the existing concrete surface in these recesses, and By joining the PC board at the top and filling the gap between the PC board and the existing concrete surface with a consolidating material in this state, chiseling work and mortar placement work that require a great deal of labor and time can be greatly reduced. We have developed a rational repair method that makes it possible to reduce the construction cost and construction period through a simple and continuous process.

``Effects of the invention'' As described above, according to this invention, PCs are built along the existing concrete surface into recesses formed by partially cutting out the side wall of an existing tunnel at predetermined intervals along the tunnel direction. Fitting fixing protrusions protruding from the front and rear of the lower end of the plate into the adjacent recesses,
The fixing protrusion is supported on the bottom surface of the recess via a height adjustment bolt protruding downward from the lower surface thereof, and the fixing protrusion is fixed by a solidifying material filled in the recess. On-site construction work such as chiseling and mortar filling work, which requires labor and time, is greatly reduced, and it is possible to fix the product with a simple process that looks good without showing any hardware, etc.
It can be accurately positioned and fixed on the uneven surface of the inner surface of the recess due to chiseling.
