である。

Claims (1)
- 無人搬送車用のセンサを機台に支持する装置で
あつて、センサと該センサを囲繞する筒状プロテ
クタとを先端部に固設した支持棒を有し、該支持
棒の基端部を、当該支持棒が機台に対し少なくと
も縦横方向に傾倒し得るように、柔構造で支持す
る支持手段と、傾倒後速やかに支持棒を原位置に
復帰させる復帰手段とを設けたことを特徴とする
センサの支持構造。
