バー部材７の上片及び下片に前記連通孔イと連通
する小孔９を設け、このカバー部材７を前記囲壁
ａの歯合連結部に被嵌止着し、前記連通孔イに貫
挿されるクイ棒５の頂部に頂盤４を形成した固定
部材ｂを形成し、かかる固定部材ｂを前記連通孔
イ及びカバー部材７の小孔９に挿入したことを特
