終端部5a,5bは溝4a,4bにプレス機等によって
圧入され、熱圧着や半田付け等の手段を用いることなく
終端部5a,5bがそれぞれ溝4a,4bの内壁面に形
成された電極6a,6bに仮留めされている。こうして
