[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to the invention of an electrical wire penetration hardware, which is used when multiple electrical wires pass through a waterproof bulkhead or waterproof deck, and is used to create a waterproof bulkhead for multiple electrical wires with sufficient water resistance. The waterproof deck can be penetrated compactly, easily and at low cost, and the efficiency of wire installation can be increased.

On ships, electric wires are complicated for driving, communication, lighting, and other purposes, and it is cumbersome to insert each wire individually into waterproof bulkheads and waterproof decks, so multiple electric wires are used. are often inserted all at once, and waterproof metal fittings used for this purpose are conventionally JIS-
There are two methods: one uses a waterproof gland (F), and the other uses a combed through hole and fills it with a waterproof pawl. That is, when a plurality of electric wires 1 must be waterproofed at the point where they exit from the conduit 10 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the following problems arise.

First, in the case of the JIS-F waterproof gland shown in Figure 1, each electric wire 1 must pass through the packing inside the waterproof gland 11, which inevitably results in poor installation efficiency. Since a tightening space of 11 is required, there is a disadvantage that the box 12 must be made to have a larger cross-sectional area than the conduit 10 as shown in the figure. or,
The combination of combing and waterproof pawl is shown in Figure 2, and has the advantage of being able to insert all the wires at once, but it is recommended to include spacers 15, 15 to prevent the waterproof pawl 13 from flowing in from the combing 14. In particular, since it is necessary to pack a spacer 15 inside the coaming 14, it is necessary to provide a box 12 that is even larger than the gland type shown in FIG. As a result, the structure is complicated and cumbersome, and the workability is also poor. Of course, providing such a large box is not only unsightly, but also creates various obstacles.

The present invention has been devised to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional ones as described above, and is the third
As shown in the figure, the flanged conduit 2 is attached to the wall 6.
At the same time, a plurality of electric wires 1 are inserted into the flange 2a of the electric conduit 2 by inserting one spacer 5 into the flange 2a of the electric conduit 2, and the flange 3a of the coaming tube 3 is attached to the flange 2a of the electric conduit 2 through an appropriate gasket. The plurality of electric wires 1 are inserted into the combing tube 3, and the other spacer 5 is provided at the open end of the combing tube. A sealing material 4 is injected and filled between the spacer 5 and the spacer 5 through an injection port 7.

As the sealing material 4, not only those in which the solvent diffuses and condenses after injection molding, but also those such as silicone resins that solidify by reacting with moisture in the atmosphere have been developed. However, by using a material with excellent fluidity during injection, it is possible to properly close the gaps between the wires and condense in that state to provide effective waterproofing.

That is, the specific work procedure is to insert and install the electric wires 1, 1, 1, etc. all at once, and then fit the spacer 5 to the inner end of the flanged electric conduit 2.
Next, the flanged waterproof coaming 3 is bolted to the flanged conduit 2 via a gasket between the flanges 2a and 3a, and then a spacer 5 is packed at the outer end of the flanged waterproof coaming 3 and injected. The sealing material 4 is injected through the hole 7.

According to the present invention as described above, a spacer is packed in a flanged conduit fixed to a wall, and a plurality of conductors are inserted through the conduit, and only the open end of the coaming pipe fastened to the flange of the conduit is inserted. Since the plurality of conductive wires described above were inserted through another spacer, the plurality of wires were inserted into the waterproof bulkhead or deck all at once, and the seal was sealed between the above-mentioned spacers in the coaming pipe and inside the conduit pipe. Since the material is injected and filled, the spaces between each electric wire can be sufficiently closed and sealed, and the connection between the electric conduit and coaming tube can also be properly waterproofed, making it effective for waterproofing performance on ships, etc. It is a highly effective idea in practical terms, as it has the following effects: it is satisfactory, easy to construct, compact and easy to install at low cost, and can improve the efficiency of laying electric wires.
