Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve follow-up performance and current collecting performance by inclining a current collector, sliding on a trolley wire, of a pantograph mounted on the roof of an electric vehicle with respect to the traveling direction of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Main part, i.e., a sliding board 3, of the current collector 2 of a pantograph mounted on the roof of an electric vehicle is constituted of sliding board pieces 3a, 3b inclining with respect to the advancing direction of vehicle. The apex A of the sliding board pieces 3a, 3b is set at right angle. In order to prevent concentrated abrasion of the sliding board, the trolley wire 4 rocks to the right and left between positions 4a, 4b shifted in zigzag every predetermined distance. Consequently, ice adhered to the trolley wire 4 can be removed easily, the length of the contact face between the trolley wire and the current collector increases to cause reduction of electric resistance and thereby spark is suppressed resulting in reduction of radio wave trouble.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The collector bow of a pantograph on the roof of a train, which slides in contact with the trolley wire, is located at right angles to the direction of travel of the vehicle, that is, it slides at right angles to the trolley wire. In winter, when frozen snow adheres to the trolley wire, the collector bow has no choice but to run while removing the frozen snow, and especially when traveling at high speeds, the collector bow receives a small hammer-like impact, which can cause it to malfunction. This was a common occurrence, and trains often stopped running. Furthermore, the pickpocket plate attached to the current collector bow is subject to severe wear and tear, resulting in frequent replacement of parts, resulting in enormous effort and expense. Furthermore, the fine hammer-like impact is accompanied by fine sparks, which may cause radio wave interference.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] To improve the current collecting device, especially the current collecting bow of a pantograph, so as not to interfere with train operation or cause radio wave interference as described in the prior art. The present invention has been accomplished with this in mind.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As shown in FIG. 4 (prior art), the current collection bow of a pantograph consists of two parallel pairs at right angles to the trolley wire. The main parts that move are beveled as shown in Figure 2. The pickpocket plate that comes into direct contact with the trolley wire shall be installed along the longitudinal straight portion of the oblique portion of the current collector bow.

[Operation]Currently, the trolley wire (4) is mounted at positions (4a) and (4b) on the right and left, respectively, with the center of the train running line as the border, and is offset in a zigzag pattern at regular intervals. ing. This is to avoid stepped wear of the pick plate (3') and to ensure even wear. The maximum zigzag deviation width (T) is 250 millimeters. Figure 3
In the present invention shown in Fig. 1, the trolley wire constantly slides at an oblique angle with respect to the trolley wire, regardless of whether the trolley wire is biased to the right or left, that is, (4a) or (4b). Adhering ice and snow can be easily removed.

Embodiment A perspective view of an example of a pantograph equipped with a current collecting bow (2) of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1(P). Two pairs of current collector bows (
2) forms a triangle having an apex angle (A) at the center perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the left and right sides of the apex angle are symmetrical. It is desirable that the inclination angle (R) is 45 degrees and the apex angle (A) is 90 degrees. The pickpocket plates (3a) and (3b) are attached to the current collector bow (2) using fasteners (5) in the same manner as in the past.

[Effect] (a) The pickpocket plates (3a) (3b) fixed to the oblique part of the current collector bow (2) are connected to the trolley wire (4a) or (4b).
), the ice and snow adhering to the trolley wire are removed to the right or left. Therefore, the impact on the pantograph main body (P), the current collecting bow (2), etc. is greatly alleviated, and the occurrence of failures can be reduced. (b) The contact surface length (L) of the pick-up plate (3a) (3b) that slides obliquely on the trolley wire (4a) or (4b) is the same as the conventional contact surface length (L') that slides at right angles. By increasing the resistance by about 40%, the electrical resistance decreases, improving the current collection performance of the pantograph, and extending the replacement cycle due to wear of the pickpocket plate. (c) Trolley wire (4a) or (4b) and pickpocket board (3a)
) (3b) slides smoothly, which improves the tracking ability of the pantograph and has the effect of preventing radio wave interference.
