方へ回動させることができる爪切りにおいて、前
記上刃体1に拡開規制部5を設け、この拡開規制
部5には前記押杆7の支軸4が挿通される係止孔
6を形成して上下両刃体1,2の離間方向への拡
開を規制するように支軸4を係止孔6に対し係止
