。[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Under high-speed spinning conditions in today's spinning mills, the frictional resistance between the ring and the traveler increases. It was necessary to familiarize the passengers with the Traveler. However, the above-mentioned carburized and quenched ring has problems such as premature seizing and scattering of the traveler even if run-in operation is performed, and furthermore, the life of the ring is significantly shortened.

m and a surface roughness Ra of 0.1 to 1.0 μm is formed, and on the surface of the film, one type or a mixture of several types of epoxy resin, polyamide resin, and phenolic resin is applied. Based on molybdenum disulfide,
It is coated with a resin made by mixing and dispersing one or more of graphite and fluororesin as a solid lubricant, and is fixed integrally by heat treatment to form a resin film with a thickness of 5 to 25 μm and a coefficient of friction of 0.3 or less. By forming such a ring, it is possible to provide a ring for a spinning machine that has greatly improved initial conformability and abrasion resistance.

If it is less than 2 μm, the film tends to be unevenly formed, and the adhesion with the ring body decreases.
If the thickness is 7 μm or more, the processing time will be long and the economy will be poor. In addition, the surface roughness Ra of the phosphate chemical coating was set to 0.5μ.
m, but it may be 0.1 to 1.0 μm, preferably 0.5 to 0.7 μm. Roughness Ra is 0.1μm
If it is less than 1.0 μm, the adhesion with the resin film will be poor, and if it exceeds 1.0 μm, wear of the traveler will increase. In addition, by adjusting the roughness Ra in the range of 0.1 to 1.0 μm, the adhesion of the resin film is improved, and even after the resin film is worn, the resin remaining in the recesses on the ring flange surface is removed. The solid lubricant makes it possible to maintain the lubricating effect for a long period of time.

Preferably it is 5 to 25 μm. Below 5 μm,
If the lubrication effect is insufficient and exceeds 25 μm, the traveler will dig into the resin film 4 during operation, preventing the traveler from sliding and causing yarn breakage. Moreover, the processing time becomes longer, which makes it less economical and increases the production cost.

A phosphate chemical conversion film with a surface roughness Ra of 0.1 to 1.0 μm is formed, and on top of that a resin film layer with a thickness of 5 to 25 μm is formed by mixing and dispersing solid lubricant particles. , the initial familiarity with the traveler is good, the time required to get used to it can be significantly shortened, and there is no need to replace the traveler to get used to it. Moreover, even under high-speed spinning conditions, there is less yarn breakage than at the initial stage of spinning, and spinning can be performed under normal operating conditions.
