受光領域の配置を示す平面図、第４図は、１列の
カラーイメージセンサの受光領域の配置を示す平
面図である。 １……ガラス基板、２……下部電極、３……光
電変換層、４……上部電極、９……レツドのフイ
ルタ層、１０……グリーンのフイルタ層、１１…
…ブルーのフイルタ層、１２……配線。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイオード２個を極性を逆に直列に接続し、一
    方のダイオードをフオトダイオードとし、他方の
    ダイオードをブロツキングダイオードとした受光
    素子を複数個配列したカラーイメージセンサにお
    いて、前記フオトダイオードの透明電極上に該フ
    オトダイオードに対応してカラーフイルタ層を設
    けるとともに、ブロツキングダイオード部におい
    ては、前記カラーフイルタ層が遮光層となるよう
    カラーフイルタ層が重層されていることを特徴と
    するカラーイメージセンサ。
