、図2に示すような発熱体パターンの転写用フィルム4
を作製した。転写用フィルム4は発熱抵抗体3からなる
パターン5を樹脂フィルム6の背面に印刷し、そのパタ
ーン5を被覆する吸水性の台紙7を裏ばり、貼着したも
のである。この転写用フィルム4を図1、図3、図4に
示すような各種の窒化アルミニウム製の焼結体の曲面上
に水貼りして転写し、900℃で40分焼成した。いず
れも焼成後の抵抗値は50Ωあり、100V、200W
のセラミックヒータが製造された。
