Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the walkability by maintaining surely a release state at the time of setting a drum part of ski boots to the release state from a shell maim body. CONSTITUTION:In the rear part of a shell main body 23, a detaining part 39 is formed, and also, in the rear part of a drum part 25, a detaining member 41 being freely detainable and detachable to and from the detaining part 39 is provided, and by detaining and detaching the detaining member 41 and the detaining part 39, the drum 25 can be switched to a fixed state and a fixation release state against the shell main body 23. In the case of taking a rest by detaching a ski plate, when the drum part 25 is released from the shell main body 23 by releasing the detained state of the detaining part 39 and the detaining member 41, the drum part 25 tilts freely the shell main body 23 in the forward and the backward directions in accordance with walking, and the drum part 25 does not obstruct walking. At the time of executing skiing again, the detaining part 39 and the detaining member 41 are detained by moving the supporting member, and the drum part 25 is fixed to shell main body 23 again.

[Prior Art] Modern ski boots consist of an outer shell molded from a rigid plastic material such as polyurethane, and an inner boot that is attached to the outer shell to keep the feet in close contact with each other without any gaps. There is. In order to hold the foot comfortably and to improve the operability of the ski, each part of the outer shell that corresponds to the ankle and instep area of the inner boot is tightened with a buckle or other tightening device, so that the foot and the ski are tightened. I feel a sense of unity with the shoes.

[0003] However, although tightening the tightening device in this manner improves the operability of the ski, the reality is that the ease of walking during breaks and the like is impaired. Therefore,
Recently, ski boots such as those disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-9042, for example, have been proposed in order to make it easier to walk while wearing ski boots. As shown in FIG. 5, a space 5 is provided at the rear of the body 3 pivoted to the shell body 1, and a swing piece 9 is rotatably inserted into the space 5 via a swing pin 7. The rocking piece 9 is supported by a torsion spring 11.
The lower part of the oscillating piece 9 is pressed so as to be in constant contact with the stopper piece 13 having an L-shaped cross section fixed to the shell body 1.
By pressing the upper part of the shell body 1 against the protruding edge 15 formed at the upper edge of the cavity 5, the body 3 is tilted forward.
It was designed so that it would be locked.

As shown in FIG. 6, when the upper part of the swinging piece 9 is pressed in the direction of the arrow against the spring force of the torsion spring 11 during a break or the like, the locked state of the body part 3 is released and the body part 3 is released. Part 3
When the skier is released from the shell body 1 and the skier bends forward, the forward tilted locked state of the torso 3 is automatically restored.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above ski boots, even if the torso is released from the shell body, when the skier bends forward while walking, the torso automatically returns to its original state. It was locked, and it was impossible to maintain a comfortable walking condition with the torso released. The present invention has been devised in view of the above circumstances, and provides ski boots that can reliably maintain the released state when the torso is released from the shell body, thereby improving walking performance. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an outer shell consisting of a shell body and a trunk, an inner boot installed in the outer shell, and an inner boot that is attached to the trunk and the shell main body. In a ski boot equipped with a tightening device for opening and closing the upper part, a locking part is formed at the rear part of the shell body, and a base part of the support member is rotatably supported at the rear part of the torso part, and A locking member biased by a spring in the direction of engaging with the locking portion is movably supported at the tip of the support member, and when the locking member is engaged with and disengaged from the locking portion, the locking member is attached to the shell body. On the other hand, the body can be switched between a fixed state and a fixed release state.

[Operation] According to the present invention, if the locking member is moved against the spring force to release the locking state with the locking portion during a break, etc., the trunk portion is released from the shell body. This allows the torso to freely tilt forward and backward as the skier walks, and the torso does not interfere with the skier's walking. When skiing, if the locking member is locked to the locking part, the torso is fixed to the shell body, so the skier's weight shift is transmitted from the shell body to the ski through the torso, allowing the skier to operate the ski. can be done with certainty.

The outer shell 19 consists of a shell body 23 that mainly covers the area below the ankle, and a body part 25 that integrally covers the lower part of the shin and the lower part of the calf of the ankle.
5 is pivoted at its lower end to the shell body 23 so that it can be tilted according to the forward leaning posture of the skier. Further, the upper region of the shell body 23 has a structure in which it is divided into left and right parts from the upper opening of the shell body 23 and overlaps each other.
A buckle 27 for tightening is fixed to one of the left and right divided portions 23a on the toe side. Then, by locking one end of the tightening cable 29 that engages with the buckle 27 to the locking member 31 fixed to the opposite divided portion 23b side and operating the buckle 27, the toe side of the shell body 23 is tightened. It has become so. Similarly, the front portion of the body portion 25 has a structure in which the front portion is divided into left and right portions and overlapped with each other, and buckles 33 are fixed to one of the divided portions 25a at two locations, upper and lower. Then, one end of the tightening cable 35 that engages with each buckle 33 is connected to the dividing portion 25 on the opposite side.
By engaging the locking member 37 fixed to b and operating the buckle 33, the torso 25 is tightened.

5 freely tilts the shell body 23 in the front and back direction, and the body 2
3 does not interfere with walking. And, unlike the ski shoes disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-9042,
Even if the skier adopts various postures while walking, the torso 25
is not fixed to the shell body 23. To ski again, the support member 45 is moved in the direction of arrow D from the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 41 moves against the spring force of the coil spring 57, the locking part 39 and the locking part 41a are locked by the restoring force of the coil spring 57,
The trunk 25 is fixed to the shell body 23 again.
