〔考案の目的〕
(産業上の利用分野)
この考案は、流雪溝の中間部及び終末部に附帯

(従来の技術)
周知のように、冬季降雪地域に於いて、道路等
の積雪を除去して交通を確保するための設備に
は、大型の除雪機械による除排雪手段のほか、路
面に多数の消雪ノズルを配設して井戸水又は河川
水を噴射しながら雪を融かす設備、ロードヒーテ
イングによる融雪設備等が使用されているが、こ
れらの設備の運用には、いずれも非常に多額の設
備費と稼働費がかかるのに対し、道路の路側に沿
つて流れる用水路を利用できる流雪溝による除雪
方法は、その流水量を充分に確保することができ
れば、地域住民の協力により一度に大量の雪を除

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
けれども、前記の流雪溝は、雪を水に融かして
流すものではなく、水を移動媒体として雪を上流
から下流に搬送する設備であるため、流雪溝内の
水量と流速及び投雪量との関係が一定の条件以上
に保たれていない場合、流雪溝の各所で雪塊が停
留してダム化し、水の流れが堰止められて道路面
に溢流すると云う欠点がある。最近では、これを
解決するための一手段として、流雪溝内に螺旋状
の回転羽根を持つロータリー式の砕雪装置を設
け、雪を細かく破砕しながら下流側に強制移動す
る試みもなされているが、溝内に放棄される雪塊
は水よりも遥かに比重が軽いため、その比重差に
よつて常に水面に浮動する方向に押上げられる傾
向が強いので、回転羽根の上部を乗り越えて移動
することが多く、期待された砕雪能力を充分に発
揮し得ないため、実用には程遠い結果に終つてい

て、殆んど液体に近いシヤーベツト状に変化させ
て放流できる機能を備えた流雪水処理装置を安価

る流雪水導入口と他方に処理水排出口を設けた処
理槽の内部に、流雪水の吸排機能と攪拌機能とを
併有する水中ポンプを設置してあることを特徴と
するものである。

雪溝2に連らなる流雪水導入口3、他側上部には
排水路4又は流雪溝2に接続する処理水排出口5
が設けられているほか、蓋体6の要所に、マンホ
ール7と排水管貫通孔8が設けてあり、槽体1内
の底部には、水と共に破砕された雪塊をも圧送し
得る水中ポンプ9を設置し、この水中ポンプ9の
吐出側には、前記の排水管貫通孔8を通つて排水
路4に接続する排出管10が設けられ、排出管1
0の中間部には、調節バルブ11付きの枝管12
が槽体1内の平水位よりも低い位置に分岐して付

れ、この雪塊Sを水中ポンプ9内で細かく破砕
し、シヤーベツト状に変化させたものを処理水
W2として吐出口9bから排出管10を通つて排
出路4に放流せしめ、その一部、主として雪の混
じらない水Wを枝管12から再び槽体1内部の水

れるため、槽内に流入した流雪水W1の水面に大
きな雪塊Sが浮遊したまゝ停滞することがなく、
また搬送媒体として流雪溝2に給送する水Wに水
温の高い井戸水(13℃)や下水(20℃)及び河川
水(5℃)等を使用すれば、処理槽T内部に於い
て流雪水W1を攪拌する際に、雪塊Sを融かす作
用をも同時に果す関係上、その処理能力を飛躍的

生活空間の確保に多大な貢献を果すものである。
