However, in recent years, it has been recognized that the fluorocarbon gas spewed out along with the contents may destroy the ozone layer if released into the atmosphere, and its use has begun to be regulated. On the other hand, propane gas and the like have a problem in that they have strong twisting properties and are difficult to use at high temperatures.

Spray containers that do not use gas pressure at all are being actively developed, but the former has not yet reached the stage of practical use.6 On the other hand, the latter spray containers include, for example:
Inside the outer body, there is a double-layered elastic member consisting of an inner elastic member with excellent chemical resistance and airtightness, and an outer elastic member with high elasticity that is installed in parallel with the inner elastic member. There is something set up. That is, the inner elastic member is filled with content and the content is atomized using the contraction force of the outer elastic member.

There is a risk that the contents may pass through the inner elastic member and flow out of the inner elastic member.

There is a risk of 6. There is a limit to reducing the amount of leftover contents using only the elastic force of the outer bag member.

The inner bag member is made of a material that does not elastically contract, and even if the outer bag member contracts and creases occur in the inner bag member, the creases do not create depressions in which the contents accumulate.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a spray container with a novel structure that can spray and discharge contents without leaving any residue.

A spray container having a bag member for filling contents connected to each other and disposed within the container body, wherein the bag member is comprised of an inner bag member made of a non-elastic material, and an inner bag member made of an elastic material; an outer bag member disposed so as to enclose the inner bag member, and for spraying the contents of the inner bag member to the outside of the device from the spray nozzle using its elastic restoring force; In the gap formed by the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the outer bag member, a flexible frame member whose shape changes as the inner bag member and outer bag member expand and contract, and a periphery of the frame member. It is characterized by disposing a string member having elasticity that is wound around the belt.

The contents are filled into the inner bag member through the flow path of the spray nozzle against the elastic force of the outer bag member. At this time, as the inner bag member expands, the frame member is pressed by the inner bag member and its shape changes. In addition, the string member also stretches accordingly.

The spray is discharged from the spray nozzle.

。At this time, the frame member is pressed so that the inner space of the frame member contracts by the outer bag member and the string member that is about to return to its contracted state. The inner bag member is held between each of the rib members constituting the frame member and is contracted so as to be folded along the rib members. Therefore, unnecessary wrinkles or dents do not occur in the inner bag member. Also, since the string member is wound, the shrinkage force is extremely large.

Moreover, it has a size that can expand and form a predetermined internal space when filled with contents, and when the contents are not filled as shown in FIG. It is stored in a foldable manner. Examples of the frame member 8 include those shown in FIG. In other words, a plurality of flexible rod-shaped bone members 8a made of synthetic resin, metal, etc. and having a substantially circular cross section are arranged in parallel;
At least near the upper end and near the lower end of the bone members 8a are interconnected by a flexible connecting member 8b such as a string member or a ring-shaped rubber member. Note that the upper and lower ends of the bone member 8a are provided with bent portions bent into an appropriate shape, or through holes are provided in the bone member 8a at these portions, and connecting members are inserted into the bent portions and through holes. It is preferable to have a structure in which the bone member 8b is locked so that it does not easily separate from the bone member 8a.

This is because the gap created at the center of the frame member 8 is extremely small compared to the frame member 8. Furthermore, in order to accommodate the portion of the inner bag member 71 that is invaginated between the rib members 88, it is preferable that the rib members 8a, 8°a are formed with an appropriate diameter.

This is because if the frame members 8.8° of the frame members 8a, 8°a are arranged so as to abut on such a folded portion, the frame members will surely bend along the folded line, and unnecessary wrinkles will not occur.

First, a shape memory resin whose contracted state is memorized is wrapped around the inner bag member 71 when the inner bag member 71 is not filled with the contents. Next, the contents are filled, and at this time, the work is carried out in an atmosphere at a predetermined temperature, and the shape memory resin is kept in a deformable state. As a result, as the inner bag member 71 and the frame member 8 expand, the string member 9 is also stretched.

Since the outer bag member 72 of the bag member 7 and the string member 9 made of an elastic rubber material are always trying to contract and return, the inner bag member 71 is pressed via the frame member 8 and the contents are The liquid is ejected from the spray port 4b formed at the tip of the spray nozzle 4 through the fluid passage hole 5a of the spacer 5, the through hole 3a of the lid member 3, and the content flow channel 4a of the spray nozzle 4.
