【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は転炉出鋼孔プロフイル計測器に関する
ものである。

(従来の技術) 従来、転炉の出鋼孔のプロフイルを計測するの
に、第5図A,Bに示す計測治具が知られてい
る。即ち、数mmピツチで種々の大きさを具備する
検寸板1と支持棒2を捻子部3で接続し、該検寸
板1の小さい方から出鋼孔4の隙間を見ながら出
鋼孔4に挿入し、検寸板1が引掛かつて入らなく
なつた時に出鋼孔4の径が測定でき、測定を複数
箇所行つてプロフイルを測定するものである。

の場合は測定できず目視判断となり、精度も不十
分であつた。

部9に固定し、他方を外管6に固定して設けるも
のである。

10を設けている。又、図中12の位置センサー
を設け、該位置センサー12から内管7の止め具
11の間にプツシユロツド13を設けている。従
つて、スプリング10の拡がる距離をプツシユロ
ツド13で測定することが可能となる。このプツ
シユロツド13の距離を位置センサー12で測定
し、パンタグラフ部8の拡がり程度が計測できる
ものである。
