前記水切ジヨイナーは、柱等の建物躯体側に固
定され、且つ、縦目地部における両側の外壁材の
内面側に亘つて配設される基板と、
該基板上に長手方向に沿つて突設された係合突
条と、
該係合突条から左右方向に離れた基板上に長手
方向に沿つて平行に備えられて、その両側の外壁
材を位置決めする一対のガイド突条とを備え、
前記係合突条の基板からの突出量は、前記外壁
材の厚みより小さくされており、
前記外ジヨイナーは、前記縦目地部の間隙を覆
つて、その両側の外壁材の外面側の亘つて配設さ
れるカバー部と、
該カバー部の内面側に突設されて、前記係合突
条に係脱自在に係合する係合脚部とからなる点に
