The present invention relates to a device for removing thread-like debris (hereinafter referred to as thread-like debris), and particularly relates to the structure of a dust collecting section that collects thread-like debris scraped off by a rotating brush.

Of these, soil and sand can be removed by washing with water, but thread-like debris cannot be removed by piloting. For this reason, conventionally, thread-like debris has been removed manually using a comb or brush.

However, since this dust collector is configured to separate the thread-like debris from the conveying air using a filter cloth-like cleaner element, it is possible for thread-like debris to adhere to the cleaner element and be noticed early. There was a problem that the dust removal ability decreased due to clogging.

としている。《Means for solving the problems》 The present invention solves the above problems and enables good dust removal performance to be exhibited over a long period of time. A cylindrical cleaner element whose inside can be folded into a bellows shape divides the chamber into two inner and outer cylindrical chambers, a suction duct is connected to the outer chamber divided by the cleaner element, and the inner chamber is communicated with an exhaust fan. An element vibration rod placed in the inner chamber is configured to be movable forward and backward in the axial direction of the element by a vibration device, and the tip of a contact piece protruding perpendicularly from the element vibration rod is connected to the inner end of the bellows portion of the cleaner element. It is characterized by being positioned so that it can make impact contact with the edge.

The tip of the element is positioned so that it can come into impact contact with the inner edge of the bellows part of the cleaner element, so by reciprocating the element vibration rod in the axial direction of the element, the contact piece can be moved into the folded part of the bellows part of the cleaner element. It advances and retreats while hitting the edges, and the thread-like debris adhering to the outer surface of the cleaner element is shaken off by vibration, reducing the incidence of clogging in the cleaner element.

The suction ducts 26 and 27 led out from the compartments 24 and 25 accommodating the suction ducts 26 and 27 are collected by a collector 41 and are connected for communication. In addition, the inner chamber 39 is the communication chamber 3
6 to the suction port 42 of the exhaust fan 37. An element vibration rod 43 is disposed in the inner chamber 39 so as to pass through the cleaner element 34 in the axial direction. This element vibration rod 43 is supported by a structural wall portion of the cleaner case 35 in a movable state. Further, one end of the element vibration rod 43 protrudes into the communication chamber 36, and an interlocking motor 44 disposed within the communication chamber 36
and a link 45, which is connected to an oscillating device 46 comprising a rotational-linear motion conversion mechanism. Furthermore, contact pieces 47 protrude in the radial direction at appropriate intervals in the axial direction from a portion of the element vibration rod 43 located within the inner chamber 39.
7, when the element vibration rod 43 reciprocates, it comes into contact with the inner end on the small diameter side of the cleaner element 34, which is formed in a bellows shape, so that the cleaner element 34
It is configured so that it can be hit.
