この考案は、化学物質の自動合成装置等におい
て、配管材及びガラス容器等におけるすり合わせ

ては不適当である。また、市販の使い捨てチユー
ブ等を使用する場合はツノ等による固定構造は意
図している固定装置として期待出来ないことが多
い。或いはまた、ガラス器具と塩化ビニール製の
市販のチユーブのように、熱膨張率の異なる材質
を接合させている部分に高温の流体が通過した
り、ガラス器具を加熱したりすると接合部からガ
スが漏れたり、内部が加圧状態になつたときに接
合部が抜けるというという不具合を生じる。ま
た、静脈注射薬自動合成装置等に使用する場合、
系を無菌・パイロジエンフリーに保つ必要がある
ためこれらの固定具は、配管材を接合した状態で
脱着が可能でなければならないという問題があ
る。

4Bとを合わせそして合わせた状態で雌螺子を螺
合させれば良いのである。この場合は全周に螺子
が刻切したあるから接合力もそれだけ強いことに
