外側にそれぞれ配置されているシリンダー2aの

平行に取り付けられている補助パツト保持板2b
と、複数条の金属帯S′の幅方向に複数個に分割
されており該補助パツト保持板2bにガイドされ
てされている芯材とこの複数個の芯材の金属帯S
′側に配置されていて金属帯S′と当接する金属
帯当接材とから成る金属帯圧下用補助パツト2c
と、該補助パツト保持板2bを基点として金属帯
圧下用補助パツト2cの各金属帯S′への圧下力
を個々に調整する圧下力調整部材2dとから構成
されている上部可動部と、該上部可動部の金属帯
