【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は自動車のフロアパネルに溶接されたウ
エルドボルトに他の部材を固定する場合等に用い
られるワツシヤ付きナツトに関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a washered nut used for fixing other members to weld bolts welded to the floor panel of an automobile.
(従来の技術)
自動車のフロアパネルにはウエルドボルトを利
用して種々の部品が固定されているが、フロアパ
ネルにはウエルドボルトを溶接後に防錆用の塩化
ビニルゾル等の塗料が厚く塗布されるため、通常
の皿ばね状のワツシヤとナツトとを用いて部品の
取付けを行おうとするとボルト表面の塗料がナツ
トのねじ込みを阻害するとともにワツシヤの下面
に塩化ビニルゾルが溜まり、ワツシヤの弾発性が
失われて弛み止め効果が減少する欠点があつた。
そこで本出願人は先にナツトの内周面にボルト表
面に付着した塩化ビニルゾルを削り落とすための
縦溝を設けることによりナツトのねじ込みを円滑
化したナツトを考案し、実願昭61−120700号とし
て提案したが、このナツトを用いるとナツトのね
じ込みとともにボルト表面から剥離された塩化ビ
ニルゾルがワツシヤの内部に多量に溜まるため、
上記の欠点は更に著しいものとなる欠点があつ

There was another drawback that made the above drawbacks even more significant.
(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
本考案は上記のような従来の問題点を解決し
て、塗料が付着しているウエルドボルト等に対し
てナツトを締付ける場合にもワツシヤの弾発性が
失われることがなく、軸力低下をほとんど生じな
いワツシヤ付きナツトを目的として完成されたも

上端面に亘つて凹設したナツト本体の下面に、周
縁部になだらかな切欠部が凹設された皿ばね状の
ワツシヤを回動自在に取付けて縦溝と切欠部とか
らなる剥離塗料排出用の連通路を形成してことを

次に本考案を図示の実施例について説明する
と、第1図において1はナツト本体、2はその下
面の突出部3に回動自在にかしめられた皿ばね状
のワツシヤである。ナツト本体1の内周面の数個
所にはねじ込み方向に鋭いエツジ4を持つ塗料剥
離用の縦溝5が座面から上端面に亘つて凹設さ
れ、塗料が付着したボルトに対してナツト本体1
をねじ込んだ場合にボルト表面に付着した塗料を
剥離しつつ縦溝5の内部を通して下方へ排出でき
る構造となつている。また皿ばね状のワツシヤ2
の周縁部にはなだらかな切欠部6が等間隔に3〜
4個程度凹設されていて、縦溝5を介して下方に
排出された塗料が切欠部6を通つて外部に排出さ
れるようナツト本体1の縦溝5と皿ばね状のワツ
シヤ2の切欠部6とからなる剥離塗料排出用の連
通路が形成されている。また切欠部6の形状は特
に限定されるものではないが、その中央部分には
応力集中を防止するために(外径/切欠数)×
(0.3〜0.6)mm程度のRを付けておくことが好ま
しい。また切欠部6は深さが小さいと後述する塗
料排出効果が得られなくなるので、図示のように
ワツシヤ2の外周縁7と中心孔8との間の幅の半

(作用)
このように構成されたものは、第2図のように

うにワツシヤ2の下面が被締付物12の上面に当
接するとワツシヤ2は回動を停止して被締付物1
2上面の塗料を削り落すことなく、ウエルドボル
ト11の塗料のみをナツト本体1の縦溝5で削り
落すこととなる。そして、削り落とされた塗料は
ナツト本体1の縦溝5と皿ばね状のワツシヤ2の
切欠部6とからなる剥離塗料排出用の連通路を通
つて外部へ排出されることとなるため、通常の皿
ばねワツシヤを用いた場合のように塗料がワツシ
ヤ2の内部に溜まることがなく、ワツシヤ2のへ
たりが少なく緩み難い。しかもワツシヤ2の弾性
係数は切欠部6を設けたことにより小さくなるの
で、仮に締付後に塗料によるワツシヤ2のへたり
が生じたとしても軸力の低下はわずかですむこと

(考案の効果)
本考案は以上の説明からも明らかなように、塗料
の付着したボルトに対しても容易にねじ込みを行
うことができるとともに、ナツト本体の縦溝とワ
ツシヤの切欠部とからなる剥離塗料排出用の連通
路を介して剥離された塗料を外部へ排出すること
によりワツシヤの弾発力の低下を防止し、軸力を
高いレベルに維持することができ、しかもワツシ
ヤはナツト本体と回動自在に取り付けられている
から、被締付面の塗料をワツシヤが削り落とすこ
ともない。従つて本考案によればボルトの軸力低
下を最小限にとどめ、優れた緩み止め効果を得る
ことができるうえに被締付面を傷つけることもな
い。よつて本考案は従来の問題点を一掃したワツ
シヤ付きナツトとして、その実用的価値は極めて
