望されていたが、適正な揺動を実現した自動化さ
れた洗浄装置が提供されていないのが現状であつ
た。

等に最適な洗浄及び液切りを行わせるための揺動
条件を設定することが、カム形状及び回転数の変
更等によつて容易に実現できる。従つて、洗浄む
らの発生を防止できることは勿論のこと、特に、
洗浄後の液切りを第1のカム駆動機構を共用して
引き続いて迅速に行わせることができるため、簡
単な機構で異種洗浄液の混合による洗浄力の劣化
を防止し、また、洗浄液による作業者への悪影響
も減少させることができる。また、外枠体は、液
