本考案は、電飾看板や表示灯等に使用される
LED(発光ダイオード)ランプに関するものであ

[従来の技術]
従来のLEDランプは、円形基板にLEDによる

不活性ガスを封入しチツプオフして口金付けした
ものである。このLEDランプは、電源に接続さ
れたソケツトに口金部分を螺着して電力を得るも

触不良が起こり点灯にチラツキが生じるという問

報板等への取付けが簡単で給電部との接続もしつ

隔をもつて円形基板2に配列し、該円形基板2を

ラスバルブ4と溶着して、一般の白熱電球の製造
工程と同様に排気を行い所定の不活性ガスを封入
してチツプオフしてランプ部分を形成し、このラ
ンプ部分に前記ステム3に沿つて設けてある給電
用の外部リード線3aを貫通させてランプ金具5
を焼付け、該ランプ金具5に外部リード線3aを
貫通させてソケツト部6を螺着して取付部を構成

避され、電解や点灯のチラツキ等が発生しないと
