して前記表皮材と一体に発泡体を発泡成形して形
成される表皮材一体発泡体において、前記表皮材
の一側部にはヒンジブラケツト挿入用の切欠部が
形成され、該切欠部の一側または全周に沿つて液
漏防止部材が取付けられ、前記上型の一側部には
ヒンジブラケツト挿通用の空間を形成するための
突起が下方に突出形成され、前記切欠部を下型に
当接させて表皮材を下型に配設し、前記液漏防止
部材を前記上型の突起により下型の一側部側に押
圧し、前記切欠部を密閉した状態で前記発泡合成
樹脂の原液を注入し、切欠部より原液が表皮材の
表面側に漏出しないように成形されていることを

発泡成形型の下型の一側部側の表皮材に押圧し液
漏防止部材が切欠部を密閉した状態となるので、
発泡合成樹脂の原液の切欠部よりの漏出を防止出
来、表皮材の表面側が汚損されるのを防止するこ
とが出来、更に、切欠部に沿つて取付けられた液
漏防止部材が発泡体の露出を防止し得るものであ
る。
