Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect visually water-leaked portions by a method in which a water-detecting paper with a chemical agent having a color reaction with water is attached to a part where rain water would intrude and a part where condensation would occur in a building structure. CONSTITUTION:A water-detecting paper 5 with a chemical agent having a color reaction with water is attached to a place where rain water would intrude and a place where condensation would occur in a hut assembly having structural parts such as beams 1, but bundles 2 erected on the beam 1, lath plate 3, ventilation port 4 formed of the lath plate 3, ridge, rafter, and pole plates. When rain water 6 intrudes from cracks or apertures of the lath plate 3 or the ventilation port 4, the rain water is absorbed by the paper 5, where color reactions occur, and the water-intruded place can be detected at a glance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a building structure that can be visually inspected for rainwater infiltration, water leakage, etc. in a general building structure at a glance.

In conventional building structures, even when rainwater infiltrates, the degree of inundation is often ignored as it is only a light level. In the case of wooden building structures, repeated flooding over time could even cause corrosion of the structural materials. Furthermore, dew condensation is likely to occur in architectural structures, and repeated condensation over time may cause corrosion of structural materials similar to that caused by water intrusion. Therefore, the presence or absence of rainwater infiltration, dew condensation, etc. is an extremely important investigation item for the maintenance of architectural structures.

In order to investigate the above-mentioned investigations, particularly to check whether there is water intrusion, generally, a water spray test is performed in which water is sprayed on the building structure to identify the flooded areas, and the flooded areas are visually inspected.

However, in conventional building structures, when visually inspecting infiltrating water, etc., a water spray test was performed as described above, but such a water spray test required multiple test personnel and water spray equipment. Moreover, it required a lot of effort to see the results. Furthermore, since such water spray tests are artificial, they are far different from natural phenomena such as natural rainfall, and do not reproduce the actual flooding, so they are not necessarily appropriate for testing for flooding. It was something.

In addition, in conventional building structures, it is difficult to identify the location of condensed water or leaks from water supply and drainage pipes, and even if it were possible to identify the location, it is difficult to identify the location of condensed water or leaks from water supply and drainage pipes. In addition, testing for such leaks required a separate test.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a building structure in which the presence or absence of infiltrated water, etc., and the location of infiltrated water, etc. can be visually inspected simply and easily at a glance.

The above-mentioned water test paper 5 can be made into an appropriate form depending on the location of the building structure. For example, glue can be applied to the back side of the water test paper 5 to make it stickable to the relevant area, or a piece of water test paper 5 with a bent tip can be attached to one end of the water test paper 5 and hooked onto the relevant area. There are things that have made it possible. The former one is used, for example, by being attached to the beam 1, and the latter one is used, for example, by attaching it to the beam 1.
It is used by being hooked onto the lath plate 3 via a plate.

Further, the paper used for the water test paper 5 is not particularly limited as long as it has water-absorbing paper quality such as filter paper, and
The drug supported on the water test paper 5 is not particularly limited as long as it develops a color by reacting with water and maintains that color. Examples of such agents include potassium chromium sulfate and cobalt chloride. These chemicals can be impregnated into paper with excellent water absorption properties, such as filter paper, by a method similar to that used for water test paper.

In addition, in the above example, the drug was carried on the water test paper, but even if the drug is sprayed onto a predetermined area, the same effect as described in Example 2 can be expected. I can do it. In short, water test paper containing a chemical that reacts with water in color is attached to parts of the building structure where there is a risk of water leakage such as rainwater intrusion or where condensation water is likely to occur. All architectural structures that can be sprayed or directly applied to achieve the same effect are included in the present invention.
