本発明は半導体装置の製造装置に関し、特に半導体チッ

体チップ吸着治具(以下ヘッド1と称す)で吸着し、リ
ードフレーム4上へ移動してリードフレーム4に半導体
チップ3を加圧、固定(以下この動作をマウントと称す
