る場合に本洗浄用の洗浄部2の洗浄水を予備洗浄
部へ返送するためのものである。また排水管12
は脱着可能な筒状のものであつて、常時はその上
端を液面上へ突出させているが、これを引抜くと
集水槽5内の全部の水を排水することができる。
一方、給水槽6にはポンプ14のポンプ吸込口1
5が設けられている。このポンプ吸込口15は野
菜の破片等の吸込みを防止するストレーナ16を
備えたものであつて、これに臨ませて新しい洗浄
水の給水管17が設けられている。ポンプ14は
この給水管17から供給された新しい洗浄水と給
水槽6内の水とを同時に吸込み、前記した洗浄水
噴射ノズル3,4から噴射して洗浄を行うもので
ある。

澄水は仕切壁7の濾過網9を介して給水槽6へ流
入する。またこれとともに集水槽5の水面に浮上
している野菜の破片等はオーバーフロー管10か
ら排出され、図示を略したストレーナ等によつて
集められる。ポンプ14はこのようにして野菜の
破片や土砂を除かれ浄化されたうえで給水槽6に
流入した洗浄水をポンプ吸込口15から吸込み、
洗浄水噴射ノズル3,4から噴射するのである
が、ポンプ吸込口15に臨ませて新しい洗浄水の
給水管17が設けられているので、新しく供給さ
れた洗浄水は給水槽6内で回収された洗浄水と均
一に希釈されることなく吸込まれてほとんどその
まま洗浄水噴射ノズル3,4から噴射されること
となる。従つて本考案によれば回収された洗浄水
と新しい洗浄水とを有効に利用しつつ野菜の洗浄
を行うことができる。しかも排水管12を引抜い
て回収された洗浄水が全部排出され給水槽6に流
入しないようにしたうえで、給水槽6を給水管1
7からの新しい洗浄水で満たせば、新しい洗浄水
のみが洗浄水噴射ノズル3,4から噴射され、野
菜類を新しい洗浄水のみによつて洗浄することも
できる。

極めて大である。
