Abstract

PURPOSE:To cut a covering film while keeping the surface of a dough smooth by making one sliding surface of a square unit a convex shape and the other sliding surface a concave shape and combining the square units so that the above-mentioned convex-or concave-shaped sliding surface may be slidable on the concave- or convex- shaped sliding surface of another square unit adjacent thereto. CONSTITUTION:Three or more square units 1 having two or more sliding surfaces 2 and 3 are mutually slidably assembled so as to form an enclosed part 5 at the central part surrounded thereby and a covering film of a dough 6 passing through the enclosed part 5 is cut by opening and closing the enclosed part 5. In the above square unit 1, one sliding surface 2 is made a convex shape and the other sliding surface 3 is made a concave shape so that the concave- and convex-shaped sliding surfaces 2 or 3 may be slidable on the convex- and concave-shaped surfaces 3 and 2 of another square units 1 adjacent thereto. The covering film can, as the result, be cut in a state where the content material is thoroughly covered while keeping the surface of the dough smooth without generation of a flower-like pattern unlike in the conventional method. In addition, a continuous operation is possible without occurrence of adhesion of the dough and a highquality product can be provided.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to the production of foods such as manju buns and ohagi, in which an inner packaging material is wrapped in an outer skin material. Since the continuous confectionery dough can be cut without exposing the center filling and with a smooth surface, it can be used to produce various types of confectionery such as steamed buns, and has a great effect on improving product quality.

(Prior Art) There are various wrapping cutting methods for creating a wrapping structure like a bun from a material with a double inner and outer structure supplied in a continuous rod-shaped body. 1986-
No. 6925, No. 61-27587, etc., and these conventional techniques can cut the inner wrapping material without exposing it, but when cutting the rod-shaped dough, unevenness such as flower patterns may occur on the surface of the dough. If the surface of the outer skin is to be flattened and smooth, it is necessary to manually or otherwise touch up the surface, resulting in extra labor.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention solves these drawbacks, and has a structure in which at least three rectangular pieces having at least two sliding surfaces are assembled so as to be slidable with respect to each other. In a device that forms an enclosure in the center and opens and closes the enclosure to cover and cut the fabric passing through the enclosure, one sliding surface of the square piece is formed in a convex shape and the other sliding surface is formed in a concave shape. However, the convex and concave sliding surfaces are in a sliding relationship with the concave and convex sliding surfaces of adjacent square pieces, respectively, so that the surroundings formed by the structure of the present invention are mutually connected. The abutment part of the square piece is different from the conventional shape because it has no steps and has a surface that is smooth even when the square piece slides and the enclosure closes.
When cutting the envelope, the outer skin is not pinched by the steps and the outer skin is not picked up, so no folds are formed in the product.

In addition, in the closure operation of the enclosure, the rectangular pieces gather together, and the depression that is created when the enclosure is closed decreases and disappears over time, making it possible to cut easily sticky fabrics and highly elastic materials without any problems. became possible.

The square piece 1 slides in the direction of the arrow, and the box 5 becomes smaller. Eventually, as shown in FIG. 4, the tangents 221 gather in one place and the box disappears, and at this time it is surrounded by tangents 211 and 231. Depressions 61 are formed on the top and bottom, but as the sliding progresses further, as shown in Fig. 5 (the depressions 61 also disappear and the contacts 212 gather,

At this time, when the upper surface 21 and the lower surface 23 forming the non-acute convex sliding surface 2 enter the axis of the fabric 6, the upper surface 2
1 and the lower surface 23 move the fabric by a predetermined amount to the center, and the surface area of the constriction created by pressure from the circumferential direction of the fabric decreases, so it is possible to cut without thinning the outer skin 6 or exposing the inner wrapping material 7. I can do it.

Furthermore, even if scraps of the fabric adhere to the sliding surface 3 of the enclosure when cutting the fabric, the tangents 211, 221, and 231, which are the tangents of the concave sliding surface and the convex sliding surface, will come into sliding contact. 2
You can trace the surface of 1.22.23 and remove the residue, and the fabric will not stick when cutting the wrapping.

As described above, the opening and closing of the enclosure 5 formed by the square piece l is performed by the rotation of the drive ring 11, and in synchronization with this opening and closing,
The base 41 is moved up and down, and the enclosure 5 is closed when the base 41 is in the middle of its descent or reaches the lowest end, and then immediately opened and the base 41 is raised.

Another effect of the present invention is that the enclosure is closed in two stages: when the tangents 221 come together, and when the contacts 212 come together immediately thereafter, so when cutting a highly elastic fabric, the Even if the fabric cannot be completely cut only by cutting by the gathering, the fabric can be completely separated into upper and lower parts by cutting by the next contact point 212.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention enables wrapping cutting to produce a smooth fabric surface without creating a rough pattern that occurs in wrapping cutting using conventional means, and also reduces fabric adhesion. Continuous operation is possible without generation, and high quality products can be provided.
