It is difficult to do so, and even if it is installed under the floor, there is a risk that water will enter the suction port when washing the car or driving on rough roads, which will shorten the life of the air purifier element.

る恐れがある。 Therefore, in the air intake device disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-39917, the suction port is provided at the upper end of a duct that stands up on the rear wall of the cab. In other words,
A plurality of guide walls with an inverted L-shaped cross section are arranged almost horizontally inside the hood, and air sucked in horizontally is applied to the guide walls to separate raindrops. Raindrops are drained outside from the drain groove. However, since the guide wall is arranged in the center of the air passage, even if raindrops that hit the guide wall are guided to the drain groove, there is a risk that they will be agitated by the air and overflow from the drain groove.

A protrusion is provided that does not touch the outer peripheral surface of the duct. The intake air drawn into the intake nozzle hits the inner peripheral wall of the intake nozzle at the curved part, and the raindrops in the intake air flow down along the inner peripheral wall, and flow into the duct from the gap between the outer peripheral wall of the duct and the protrusion of the intake nozzle. Flows down to the outside.

があるなどの問題がある。 In the above-mentioned intake duct device, since the duct opens into the intake nozzle or the inner space of the hood, that is, the curved part of the passage, the opening area of the connection between the intake nozzle and the duct is very narrow. , there are problems such as large intake resistance and the risk of producing intake noise.

An opening is provided, vertical drainage grooves are integrally formed on both side edges of the opening, the cross section of the passage is vertically elongated and approximately rectangular, and the internal passage has a suction port at the tip and is curved in the shape of a quarter-circular arc. The base end of the hood is connected to the opening of the duct body so as to cover the drain groove except for the lower end.

That is, the air in the inner circumference hits the guide wall 16 and the baffle plate 25 to separate raindrops, and the raindrops adhering to the guide wall 16 flow down along the drainage groove 13 formed in the baffle plate 25. In addition, the air around the outside is removed from the guide wall 2.

It protrudes almost to the center axis of the suction port 3.
The air containing raindrops is not directly guided to the opening 8, and the raindrops that are being taken in are not guided directly to the guide wall 16 and the baffle plate 2.
5. The air adheres to the guide wall 24a, flows down along the wall surface, is blown into the drain grooves 9 and 10, and is discharged to the outside from the drain groove opening 12, so that the raindrops are completely removed from the intake air and the air flows into the duct body. 4 will be introduced.

A vertical drainage groove is integrally formed in the part,
The proximal end of the hood, which has a vertically elongated, almost rectangular passageway cross section and a suction port at the tip and an internal passageway curved into a quarter-circle arc, covers the opening of the duct body except for the lower end of the drain groove. Because they are connected in this way, the whole can be easily molded from synthetic resin, the number of parts is small, and assembly is easy.
