Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove the contaminant of grease by coating the surface of an article with a film forming resin contg. a resin previously made water-soluble and a swelling material as the effective component and bringing the article into contact with cleaning water after the article surface is contaminated. CONSTITUTION:The surface of an article is coated with a film forming resin contg. a resin previously made water-soluble and a swelling material as the effective component, and the article is brought into contact with cleaning water after the article surface is contaminated. The decontaminating agent consists of a film forming resin contg. a resin made water-soluble and a swelling material as the effective component. One or >=2 kinds among PVA, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, methyl-cellulose, polyethylene oxide, etc., are used for the water-soluble resin. A highly water absorptive polymer based on starch, cellulose, synthetic polymer, etc., is exemplified as the swelling material.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in ventilation fans used in kitchens and the like, extremely laborious manual work was required to remove oil and fat stains from the blades. In such cases, the oil and fat deposited on the surface of the blades is usually scrubbed off with a brush or the like using a detergent.

Later, a method was devised in which a removable film was formed on the blade surface of a ventilation fan in advance and the dirt was removed along with the film. That is, after the ventilation fan has been used for a certain period of time, the oily film is peeled off to remove the dirt that has adhered to the ventilation fan.

In other words, using a brush or the like to scrub off the oil and fat adhering to the surface of the blade requires a lot of effort, and it is often difficult to completely remove the dirt despite the amount of effort.
There was also the problem of damaging the surface of the blade.

The method of forming a peelable film on the blade surface of a ventilation fan in advance also has the problem that it is difficult to form a film with a uniform thickness on the blade surface. That is, if a film of uniform thickness is not formed on the surface of the blade, the thinner parts of the film tend to tear when the film is peeled off. Furthermore, if the film is left in use for a long period of time, it becomes difficult to peel off the film itself.

On the other hand, regarding the method of using cleaning liquid, conventional cleaning liquids mainly contain strong alkalis such as sodium percarbonate, which creates a bad environment for workers because of the strong alkali, and the cleaning liquid adheres to the skin of workers. In some cases, problems such as water leakage may occur, and there is also the problem of having to treat wastewater.

In the stain removal method of the present invention, a film-forming resin containing a water-soluble resin and a swelling substance as active ingredients is applied in advance to the surface of an article where stains are expected to adhere, and if stains adhere to the article surface, After that, when this article is brought into contact with washing water, the water-soluble resin that makes up the film-forming resin is dissolved by contact with the washing water, and in addition to this, the swelling effect of the swelling substance causes it to adhere firmly. Swelling occurs between the dirt and the base material, causing the dirt to rise and become peelable, allowing the dirt to be easily and reliably removed from the surface of the article. In particular, with this configuration, even if there is some unevenness in the thickness of the film applied to the surface of the article, the film itself will not swell or swell due to contact with the washing water.
Since it dissolves, there is no difficulty in removing the stain.

When the water-soluble resin is contained in the film-forming resin in an amount of 1 to 30% by weight, a good effect in removing stains can be obtained. If the water-soluble resin in the film-forming resin is less than 1% by weight, it will not be possible to form a sufficient protective film, and if it contains more than 30% by weight, the stain removal effect will not be as noticeable despite the increased content. .

When the cleaning water contains one or more selected from surfactants, alkaline agents, and protective colloid agents, penetration of the aqueous solution into the film is promoted, and dirt once dissolved in the cleaning water is removed. It is possible to reliably prevent adhesion when the article is lifted out of the washing water again, and a desirable result can be obtained.

When polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc. are added as a protective colloid agent, a protective colloid is formed on the surface of the peeled/removed fat and oil, which is convenient because the stickiness characteristic of fat and oil disappears.

On the other hand, since the stain remover of the present invention contains a water-soluble resin and a swelling substance as active ingredients, even if stains adhere to the surface of an article, the resin can easily swell and dissolve by using washing water. The swelling substance has a 0. It is preferable that the content is 5 to 10% by weight, but in this case, it is 0.5% by weight or less,
No effect is observed, and if the amount is 10% by weight or more, the stain removal effect will not be significant even though the amount is increased, and it will take more time to remove the film itself, which is not preferable.
