[Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention relates to a slack-reducing stranded wire used in power transmission lines, particularly overhead power transmission lines. [Technical background of the invention and its problems] Conventionally, steel-core aluminum stranded wires (hereinafter referred to as ACSR), in which aluminum or aluminum alloy wires are twisted around the outer periphery of steel-core stranded wires, have been frequently used as overhead power transmission lines. In such ACSR, a galvanized steel wire is used for the steel core, but due to the temperature rise accompanying the increase in load, the shared tension of the steel core, which is a tension member, is reduced especially at high temperatures of 150°C or higher. increases,
As the temperature changes, the sag tension changes depending on the temperature dependence of the elastic modulus and linear expansion number of the steel core. Therefore, when a galvanized steel wire is used as the steel core, a problem arises in that the effect of suppressing sag cannot be expected to be very great. By the way, in stranded wires like ACSR, it is necessary to maintain the alignment of the stranded wires for the purpose of preventing laughter, etc., and this point also needs to be taken into account when improving the above problem. . [Purpose of the invention] The present invention was developed in response to these conventional circumstances, and has a tensile strength equal to or greater than that of conventional steel core materials, and has a lower weight and coefficient of linear expansion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stranded wire that can suppress sag, especially at high temperatures, by using an organic wire material with a significantly small [Summary of the invention] In other words, the slack-suppressing stranded wire of the present invention consists of a plurality of wires made of carbon fibers or aramid fibers impregnated with a synthetic resin and cured as a single piece.
It is characterized by having multiple twisted aluminum or aluminum alloy wires. The above-mentioned wire used in the present invention includes:
CF Compose, which uses carbon fiber as a reinforcing component and heat-resistant epoxy resin as a binder, and Kevlar Compose, which similarly uses Kevlar (trade name of aramid fiber manufactured by Dupont) as a reinforcing component and unsaturated polyester as a binder (both of the above) (trade name, manufactured by Tokyo Steel Corporation). CF Compose is made of Besphite HTA12000 (trade name manufactured by Toyo Rayon Co., Ltd.) as a fiber and heat-resistant epoxy resin as a binder.
The prepreg composition is 60-70% carbon fiber, the outer periphery of which is coated with nylon 12. [Embodiments of the invention] Examples of the invention will be described below. In FIG. 1, the aerial stranded wire 1 has a structure in which a plurality of aluminum wires 3 are twisted around the outer periphery of a plurality of twisted wire rods 2 made of CF composite. The following table shows the properties of a reinforcing wire made of seven strands of CF Compose with an outer diameter of 3.8 mmφ (Example 1) and a core wire made of galvanized steel wire of the same shape (Comparative Example 1). Indicated. Furthermore, an overhead twisted wire in which 54 aluminum wires with an outer diameter of 3.8 mmφ were twisted around the outer periphery of the core wire in Example 1 was used in Example 2.
An overhead twisted wire constructed in the same manner using the core wire of Comparative Example 1 was defined as Comparative Example 2, and its various characteristics are shown in the table.

[Table] Figure 2 shows the overhead stranded wire according to the above invention and the conventional stranded wire.
Regarding ACSR, it shows the change in sag with temperature rise, and the overhead stranded wire of this invention is
It is clear that the effect of suppressing sag is greater than that of ACSR, and this property is particularly effectively exhibited at high temperatures. In addition, the slackness in Figure 2 is based on the maximum working tension of 5000Kg.
f, the maximum value of wind pressure load at 15℃ is 100Kgf/
m2 , the minimum value is 50Kgf/ m2 , and the span length is 400m. [Effects of the invention] As described above, according to the invention, a plurality of wire rods having a circular cross section made by impregnating carbon fibers or aramid fibers with a synthetic resin and curing them together are twisted together to form a twisted wire core. Traditional ACSR
The weight and linear expansion coefficient of the heartwood are 1/5 to 1/5 compared to
Since it can be reduced to about 1/6 or less, it has the effect of significantly suppressing the slackness of the overhead stranded wires. Further, since the wire rod is impregnated with synthetic resin, it has rigidity in the radial direction, so that the alignment of the stranded wires can be maintained, and as a result, the strands can be prevented from collapsing.
