で更に効果的なものとして、上記に加えて縁切り
部の露出した高抵抗層の外周に加熱収縮性からな
る高抵抗層および(又は)絶縁層を施した絶縁接
続部があり、又別の効果的なものとして、上記に
加えて縁切部の接続部用半導電層並びにケーブル
の外部半導電層の端部上に電解緩和用シールド体

来る。又別の手段として、縁切り部の両端部に位
置する両半導電層上に設けた電界緩和用シールド
体が電界緩和試験機能を果すので絶縁性能低下防
