Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a standardized transportation pallet having a proper degree of strength by forming the bottom of a lattice groove into a slightly swollen shape and by providing reinforcement ribs in a mount. CONSTITUTION:A transportation pallet is molded when a synthetic resin sheet of 4-5mm thickness is heated and subjected to vacuum molding. As materials for synthetic resin, polypropylene or polyethylene is suitable. A peripheral wall is formed into a trapezoid shape, the upper edge of the peripheral wall is folded back inward to constitute an erected periphery 2 and, inside the periphery 2, the top surface of a mount is provided in a position slightly lower than the upper edge of the periphery 2. A plane lattice groove 3 is provided inside the erected periphery 2 and a trapezoid-shaped mount 4 is provided between grooves. The bottom 5 of the groove 3 is formed into a shape slightly swollen upward in section to enhance the strength of the whole pallet. The top surface 6 of the mount 4 is provided with reinforcement ribs 7 to stiffen the strength of the top surface 6. Fork-inserting holes 9 are formed in the facing peripheral wall 1 and wait 10 of the mount and the fork of the forklift is inserted into the fork-inserting holes 9 so that the pallet is transported.

(課題を解決するための手段) 上記目的を達成するために、本発明合成樹脂製の運搬用

ートを加熱して真空成型あるいは圧縮成型した運搬用パ
レットであって、四周壁の上縁をその内側が僅かに低く
なるよう折り返して起立周縁を構成し、この起立周縁の
内側に平面格子状の溝を形成し、これら溝間に位置付け
て台形形状の台部を構成し、上記溝の底部を上向きに僅
かに膨らんだ形状とし、台部の上面に補強用リブを形成
すると共に、相対する周壁並びにこれと平行する台部の
壁にフォーク挿通孔を形成してあることを特徴とする。

立周縁2の内側全域に補強板8を載せたものを示してあ
る。この補強板は合成樹脂製のものであればよいが、こ
の合成樹脂板にゴムベルトを間隔を置いて張り合わせた
ものであってもよい。

さの運搬物を運搬できるようにしてある。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)4〜5mm程度の厚みの合成樹脂製方形シートを
加熱して真空成型あるいは圧縮成型した運搬用パレット
であって、四周壁の上縁をその内側が僅かに低くなるよ
う折り返して起立周縁を構成し、この起立周縁の内側に
平面格子状の溝を形成し、これら溝間に位置付けて台形
形状の台部を構成し、上記溝の底部を上向きに僅かに膨
らんだ形状とし、台部の上面に補強用リブを形成すると
共に、相対する周壁並びにこれと平行する台部の壁にフ
ォーク挿通孔を形成してあることを特徴とする合成樹脂
製運搬用パレット。
