この発明は、フォークリフトによって荷物を運搬するた

従来、運搬用パレットは木製の物が大多数で、各社その

上記のように、従来の運搬用パレットは木製で各社それ
ぞれ寸法が相違していたため共用あるいは兼用が出来な

この問題点を解消するため、最近では合成樹脂製の規格

成型のため、成形型が高く製作機が大型となり、パレッ

本発明は、上記従前パレットの問題点に鑑み、規格化さ

(課題を解決するための手段)
上記目的を達成するために、本発明合成樹脂製の運搬用
パレットは、4〜5mm程度の厚みの合成樹脂製方形シ
ートを加熱して真空成型あるいは圧縮成型した運搬用パ
レットであって、四周壁の上縁をその内側が僅かに低く
なるよう折り返して起立周縁を構成し、この起立周縁の
内側に平面格子状の溝を形成し、これら溝間に位置付け
て台形形状の台部を構成し、上記溝の底部を上向きに僅
かに膨らんだ形状とし、台部の上面に補強用リブを形成
すると共に、相対する周壁並びにこれと平行する台部の

以下図面に示した好ましい実施例に基ついて本発明の詳
細な説明する。図面には厚さ4〜5mmの合成樹脂シー
トを加熱した後、真空成型によって成形した本発明合成
樹脂製運搬用パレットが示してある。また、合成樹脂の
材料としては、ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンが適

条として構成してあるが、第5図に示した実施例では、
凸条としてある。また、第4図に示した実施例では、起
立周縁2の内側全域に補強板8を載せたものを示してあ
る。この補強板は合成樹脂製のものであればよいが、こ
の合成樹脂板にゴムベルトを間隔を置いて張り合わせた

状となっているため、この凸状の内側に納められる大き

加熱して真空成型あるいは圧縮成型した運搬用パレット
であって、四周壁の上縁をその内側が僅かに低くなるよ
う折り返して起立周縁を構成し、この起立周縁の内側に
平面格子状の溝を形成し、これら溝間に位置付けて台形
形状の台部を構成し、上記溝の底部を上向きに僅かに膨
らんだ形状とし、台部の上面に補強用リブを形成すると
共に、相対する周壁並びにこれと平行する台部の壁にフ
ォーク挿通孔を形成してあることを特徴とする合成樹脂
