Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the equipment construction of a system by converting the video signal from a TV camera device to a required high frequency signal and mixing it on a community television line to distribute it. CONSTITUTION:When a visitor inputs the house number of his objective house with a key pad 101 of an entrance part 1 and an adapter 301 of the house and the entrance part 1 are connected by a telephone line, a branch adapter 303 converts the high frequency signal to the signal frequency of a prescribed idle channel of TV broadcast to output it to a TV receiver 304. The adapter 301 indicates the channel switching to the receiver 304 to switch the channel to the idle channel, and the video signal from the branch adapter part 303 is projected. A receiver sees the picture on the receiver 304 to decide reception of the visitor. Thus, it is unnecessary to individually wire coaxial cables, and the equipment construction of the system is simplified.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to collective management of collective housing such as Mansigon, etc.
This article relates to a management system that can inexpensively perform tasks such as television camera equipment that photographs visitors, telephone calls with visitors, door lock control, fire prevention and safety management, etc. [Conventional technology] Conventionally, when performing security management for crime prevention or disaster prevention in apartment complexes, etc., coaxial signal lines are used to distribute video signals from television camera devices installed at entrances, etc. to each residence. 2-wire signal line for intercom for calls with visitors, telephone line for calls to the outside or inside, co-vision line for distributing signals such as television broadcasts to each residence,
It is necessary to install a plurality of control signal lines for controlling the opening and closing of the front door lock, signal lines from sensors for disaster prevention, etc., and these equipments are large-scale and costly. When a condominium is newly built, the equipment is designed from the beginning, so it is possible to install it apart from the cost. However, when introducing these systems after construction, the construction is difficult and sometimes This made the introduction impossible. [Problem to be solved by the invention] In the conventional system, the video signal from the television camera device was wired using a coaxial signal line, but for reasons such as privacy, separate coaxial signal lines were installed for each residence. It was necessary to wire the equipment to the equipment, which required complicated equipment construction. The present invention eliminates the complexity of these facility works, and enables inexpensive management of facility work by converting the video signal from the television camera device into the required high-frequency signal, mixing it to the co-viewing line, and distributing it. It provides a system. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a television camera that images visitors, and an RF signal that converts the video signal from the television camera into a required high-frequency signal. a modulation section, a mixing section that mixes the high frequency signal from the RF modulation section to a co-viewing line such as a television broadcast, and a mixing section that branches the high-frequency signal from the co-viewing line and also outputs the high-frequency signal using a control signal such as a house number. This provides an apartment complex management system that consists of a branch/adapter section that converts into a predetermined television broadcast channel signal, and a television receiver connected to the branch/adapter section. [Operation] Since the present invention is configured as described above, a visitor visits an apartment complex and inputs the house number of the place to be visited. In response to the key human power of this number, the installed television camera images the visitor, and the imaged signal is converted to a signal with a frequency that cannot be received by a home TV receiver.
It is mixed into the co-viewing line of television broadcasts and distributed to each residence. Then, the key-generated signal is exchanged and connected to a designated telephone set, etc. by a telephone exchange device, and the image of the visitor mixed in the co-viewing line is displayed on a television receiver.

Display the status. 706 is an automatic dialing signal generator;
When a disaster occurs, a telephone notification is automatically made to other locations as necessary. Next, the operation of the apartment complex management system according to the present invention will be explained. First, the visitor enters the house number of the residence he/she is visiting using the keypad 101, for example,
Enter 23J. This human-powered residence number rl23J
is processed by the selection signal circuit 102 into a touch-tone dial signal (dual-tone multi-frequency signal), etc., and sent to the telephone exchange 2o1 via the telephone line 207 together with the identification code of the entrance. At the same time, the display section 104
The residence number rl23J you entered will be displayed, and you can confirm the number you entered. The input of this house number is detected by the control unit 103, activates the television power camera 108, and further acts on the RF modulation unit 109 to generate a signal band that avoids channel frequencies used in television broadcasting. The signal is converted into a high frequency signal, mixed with a signal such as a television broadcast in a mixer 204, and distributed to a coaxial cable 208. Telephone exchange equipment 201, which receives the signal of house number rl23J, selects the corresponding telephone line and establishes an exchange connection. Then, the adapter 301 and telephone line of the residence corresponding to the residence number rl23J are connected to the entrance section 1. The adapter 301 connected to the telephone exchange 201, that is, the telephone exchange 40l (located in each residence), uses the control unit 405 to store the identification code transmitted from the telephone exchange 201 in the storage unit 406. It is determined whether it is the identification code of the entrance section 1 that has been set and recorded, and if it is the code signal of the entrance section 1, the branch/adapter section 303 is controlled via the signal line 408, and the high frequency signal is transmitted to the television broadcast. The signal frequency is converted into a signal frequency of a predetermined empty channel and output to the TV receiver 304. At the same time, the adapter 301
The receiver 304 is instructed to switch channels, and the channel is switched to the empty channel, and the video signal from the branch/adapter section 303 is projected. The person receiving the visit looks at the image on the wide TV receiver 304 and decides whether to interact with the visitor, and if so, calls the telephone 402.
, 403 or intercom 404 to talk to the visitor. These calls are sent to telephone exchange 401,
The call is made via the telephone exchange device 201, the intercom communication circuit 107 in the entrance section 1, the microphone LO5, and the speaker 106. These calls are of course made through the TV receiver 30.
This can be done while looking at the video shown in 4.
After that, when accepting this visitor into the building, the telephone etc. on the residence side sends an unlock signal for the electric lock on the door of the entrance section 1 via a dedicated button or a push button on the telephone, for example, to unlock the door. The control signal is "*", and the entrance section 1
If the identification code of "1l" is entered, input r)tll. This input signal is a code signal (
A code signal with the same code as the residence number is also possible) and flows through the telephone exchange equipment 201 via the LIE & exchange 401, and is sent to the entrance section 1.
The control unit 103 identifies the identification number of the entrance l, and if it is a predetermined code signal, an unlock signal and a house number signal are transmitted to the control unit 111. The control unit 111 records the signal rl23J of the residence number of the destination that the visitor previously inputted using the keypad 101, and compares it with the code signal of the residence number sent via the telephone exchange to determine whether the signal is the same. When it is determined that there is, the electric door lock is activated based on the control signal r*. The identification of this house number is
The opening/closing control of the front door is to be controlled only by the resident who is being visited, and is restricted so that residents cannot open or close the electric lock of the front door on their own. The ■D card reader keypad 11G is a device for reading door unlock keys for people living in apartment complexes. The visitor who has entered the building in this manner reaches the residence to be visited and operates a call button on an intercom (not shown). The calling signal is from the telephone exchange 40
1, intercom 404 or telephone 402,
Activate 403 and make a ring tone. In this case, if a door camera is installed in the residence, the system responds to the call signal from the intercom call button, activates the camera, and projects the image on a monitor or TV receiver. When inviting the user into the room, the user inputs an unlock signal "ne" to the electric door lock via the telephone 402 or the like. This signal is compared with the control signal stored in the recording circuit 504, and if it is determined that the lock is unlocked, an unlock control signal is output to the electric lock, the electric lock opens, and visitors can be invited in. .. On the other hand, a security section 7 is connected to the telephone exchange 4, and sensors for fire, gas leak, intrusion, etc. are installed at various places in the house. These sensors are controlled by the control unit 702
If an abnormality occurs, the type of abnormality, location, etc. of the abnormality are identified and judged based on the sensor information stored in the storage unit 703, and a warning (audio warning, light warning, etc.) is displayed on the alarm display unit 705. (warning, etc.), and if necessary, the abnormality can be reported to the management unit 2, for example, by operating the required keys on a telephone or the like or by operating a touch-tone key. This security signal is transmitted to the telephone exchange device 201 via the telephone exchange 401, processed by the control section 205, and displayed on the security display section 206 to indicate the occurrence of an abnormality. Then, if necessary, evacuation communication can be made to each resident via the telephone/telephone exchange device 201. In addition, when you are away from home, by operating a predetermined key (setting the absence), if an abnormality occurs, the control unit 702 activates the automatic dial signal generation unit 706 according to the required procedure, and It is possible to automatically call a certain location and report an abnormality. Reference numeral 6 denotes a teleconverter that compares and determines the required PIN number stored in the storage unit 603 via the telephone 402 or an outside line telephone, and if the PIN number is correct, a control signal is subsequently input to the controlled device 604. , 605. In this case, the control status of the controlled devices 604 and 605 can be notified by voice via the voice matching unit 606. [Effects of the Invention] The apartment complex management system according to the present invention converts a video signal depicting visitors into a high-frequency signal that cannot be received by a television receiver, mixes it into a co-view line, and distributes it. The receiving residence converts the high-frequency signal to a channel frequency of TVGON broadcasting that can be received by a normal TVGIGON receiver based on the signal such as the visitor's calling residence number, and projects an image. Due to the nature of the system, other residents cannot see the video from their front door. In addition, when introducing these management systems, the video signals from the TV GON camera use the co-viewing line of TV broadcasting, so the equipment can be easily installed and the construction work can be simplified. It is something. Moreover, these facilities can be easily added as needed, and have the advantage of being easy to expand.
