The upper horizontal part of the hanger 7d, which has a portion formed at the lower end thereof, is fixed to the lower part of the hanging bolt 7c from both upper and lower sides with nuts 7f, and the field edge receiver 7b, which has a U-shaped cross section, is supported on the bottom horizontal part of the lower end of the hanger 7d. In this state, a plurality of fields 7a having a cross-sectional shape are perpendicular to the field edge receiver 7b and supported at a predetermined interval through clips 7e on the field edge receiver 7b. In addition, the conventional metal ceiling plate fixed to the bottom horizontal surface of the edge 7a of the base material 7 made of tR, as shown in FIG. The flange having screw holes 8 drilled at a distance is inserted into the hooking piece receiving hole 10 bored immediately below the flange of the ceiling plate to which the other edge is adjacently fixed. The structure was such that a locking piece 9 was formed to be locked. Then, with the screw holes 8 drilled in the flange of the metal ceiling board aligned with the horizontal plane of the bottom of the edge 7a, the tapping screws passed through the screw holes 8 are screwed into the field 17a. After inserting the hanging piece 9 of the next metal ceiling plate into the hanging piece receiving hole lO of the adjacent ceiling plate, which has already been screwed and fixed in the direction perpendicular to the edge 7a, The screw holes 8 formed in the flange formed on the opposite edge parallel to the edge where the hooking piece 9 is formed are aligned with the horizontal plane of the bottom of the edge 7a. The metal ceiling plates were sequentially fixed to the bottom horizontal surface of the edge 7a of the steel base material 7 in the longitudinal direction of the edge 7a by screwing with tapping screws.

問題点があった。However, in the method described above, when fixing metal ceiling plates to the steel base material 7, it is common practice to provide a small gap between adjacent metal ceiling plates in consideration of design. , it requires a great deal of effort to set the position of the tapping screw that penetrates the screw hole 8 drilled in the flange of the metal ceiling plate and screws into the bottom horizontal surface of the field 97a of the steel base material 7, In any case, as the ceiling panels 7a of the steel base material 7 are fixed one after another in the longitudinal direction, the deviation of the ceiling panels becomes large and the appearance is impaired, which requires the skill of the operator. Since it takes time and effort to screw in the tapping screws, there are problems in that work efficiency is low and the burden on the worker is heavy.

Focusing on the fact that the work required to enter the ceiling increases the burden on workers and lowers work efficiency, we developed multiple elongated shapes with a lip-groove cross-section for the ceiling base material of buildings. The support members are fixed in parallel with each other at a predetermined interval with their bottoms open, and a hanging piece that is hung on the long support member is formed on one end edge of the supported side of the metal ceiling plate. Then, with the engagement side opposite to the side to be supported tilted away from the elongated support, insert the latch piece into the upper end of the lip of the elongated support, and then hook the elongated support. The metal ceiling plate is rotated about its latching position as a fulcrum, and the engagement side is inserted into the bottom opening of the elongated support member to attach it.

Later, the metal ceiling plate was rotated using its hanging position as a fulcrum, and the engagement piece provided on the edge of the engagement side opposite to the ceiling surface was attached to the elongated support member in front. A metal ceiling plate having a bent portion facing the ceiling surface at a predetermined location other than the portion on the edge opposite to the ceiling surface where the hanging piece is provided on the side of the metal ceiling plate to be supported; The present invention was completed by discovering that by sequentially repeating the operation of inserting and engaging a convex engagement receiving piece, metal ceiling panels could be successively fixed without screwing.

It is preferable that the engaging piece 5 is made of metal, and the engaging piece 5 is supported by the engaging piece 3 already being engaged with the upper end of the lip of the bottom opening of the elongated support member l, as shown in FIG. Since it engages with the engagement receiving piece 4 of the ceiling panel 2, the shape is approximately the same as that of the engaging receiving piece 4 in order to prevent rattling when the engaging piece 5 is engaged within the engaging receiving piece 4. It is preferable that they have matching shapes, and at least one of the engaging piece 5 and the engaging receiving piece 4 should have elasticity. In addition, in the case of the engagement receiving piece 4, the supported side side 2b
It is desirable that the tongue apart from the metal ceiling plate 2 is formed in a shape that can be displaced around the folded part that forms an upward convex shape. (not shown) may be perforated and a sound absorbing material (not shown) may be provided on the back side.

A plurality of elongated supporting members 1 each having a lip groove cross-sectional shape are fixed in parallel with each other at predetermined intervals with their bottoms open. This fixing method is not particularly limited, but fixing in the same manner as the conventional method described above is preferred because fixing members and the like are easily available. As mentioned above, this elongated support material 1 has a part rising inward from the lip part of the lip groove shape like a single field edge stipulated in JISA6517r "Steel base materials for construction (walls/ceilings)". 1a is preferable because the position of the engagement receiving piece 4 of the metal ceiling plate 2 can be defined more accurately.

Furthermore, the metal ceiling plate is formed with a hanging piece, an engaging piece, and an engaging piece at predetermined locations, and they are engaged in sequence using the method described above, so even if there is a slight deviation, it can be corrected without the need of an expert. With this method, metal ceiling panels can be easily fixed without damaging the appearance. In addition, if at least one of the engagement piece and the engagement receiving piece of the metal ceiling plate is formed into an elastic shape, wobbling can be prevented and the engagement piece and the engagement receiving piece can be more securely engaged. It can be fixed together. If the metal ceiling plate is provided with a sound absorbing material, the metal ceiling plate prevents the reflection of sound waves, making it possible to create a comfortable space.
