Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 瓶容器への首掛け用の孔部２が形成された熱
    収縮性フイルム１と、少なくとも該熱収縮性フイ
    ルム１よりも熱収縮率の小さい材質からなるラベ
    ル表示用の補助シート材３とからなり、しかも該
    補助シート材３は、熱収縮性フイルム１の熱収縮
    によつて首掛け用の孔部２が縮小可能となるべく
    熱収縮性フイルム１の孔部２よりも下方位置に設
    けられてなることを特徴とする瓶容器への首掛け
    用ラベル。 ２ 請求項１に於いて、補助シート材３が可撓性
    をし、且つ該補助シート材３は、熱収縮性フイル
    ム１が加熱されて収縮した際に熱収縮性フイルム
    １と共にその両側縁部１１，１１側が内側方向へ
    湾曲可能となるべく熱収縮性フイルム１に重ね合
    わされて接着されてなることを特徴とする瓶容器
    への首掛け用ラベル。 ３ 瓶容器への首掛け用の孔部２が形成された熱
    収縮性フイルム１と、少なくとも該熱収縮性フイ
    ルム１よりも熱収縮率の小さく且つ可撓性を備え
    た素材からなるラベル表示用の補助シート材３ａ
    とからなり、しかも該補助シート材３ａは、熱収
    縮性フイルム１が加熱されて収縮した際に該熱収
    縮性フイルム１と共にその両側縁部１１ａ，１１
    ａ側が内側方向へ湾曲可能となるべく熱収縮性フ
    イルム１に重ね合わされて接着されてなることを
    特徴とする瓶容器への首掛け用ラベル。 ４ 請求項１乃至３の何れかの請求項に於いて、
    熱収縮性フイルム１の表面に補助シート材を重ね
    合わせて接着させる手段に代えて、熱収縮性フイ
    ルム１の表面に該熱収縮性フイルム１よりも熱収
    縮率が小さい材質からなる硬質の塗膜層３ｂを塗
    着してなることを特徴とする瓶容器への首掛け用
    ラベル。
