[Detailed Description of the Invention] A0 Purpose of the Invention (1) Industrial Field of Application The present invention is a vibration-damping baking-drying paint, for example, which is applied to parts of an automobile body that require anti-vibration measures to achieve a vibration-damping effect. This invention relates to a paint for forming a coating film.

(2) Prior Art Conventionally, heat-adhesive vibration damping sheets have been used to improve the vibration damping properties of vehicle bodies. The work of attaching this vibration damping sheet is as follows:
This is done by placing the sheet at the required location on the car body and then passing the car body through a drying oven.

(3) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above-mentioned vibration damping sheet, there is a problem in that anti-vibration measures cannot be taken in areas where it cannot be placed. For example, on the rear floor of a car body, Even if damping sheets can be attached to approximately horizontal areas such as the front floor and areas with a gentle slope, it is not possible to apply damping sheets to approximately vertical areas such as wheel houses that have the effect of reducing road noise or areas with a steep slope. It is not possible to attach a damping sheet.

When the film thickness is set to 1 m, it is possible to obtain vibration damping effect between roads and the like when using a conventional vibration damping sheet, and when the film thickness is set to 2 m and 2.5 m, it is better than the conventional vibration damping sheet. This provides a better damping effect than when using a damping sheet.

As is clear from the table, in Comparative Formulation Example-1,
The high proportion of calcium carbonate prevents the paint from dripping, but on the other hand, the high proportion of water causes excessive foaming, and as is clear from the coating table. In formulation example-2,
Since the blending ratio of calcium carbonate is low, the ability to prevent the paint from dripping is poor, and this is clearly evident in the upward spray method. Moreover, the appearance of the coating film is also deteriorated due to the dripping of the coating material.
