板に部品を自動的に実装することがさかんに行わ
れるようになつている。そして、かかる自動実装
にあつては、部品を供給するために、長尺の帯状
体に一定間隔で設けられた孔や凹所などの開口部
の内部に部品を収納する、所謂テーピング包装が
なされている。

着部材7を介して、前記フイルム体5と同様の材
質からなるフイルム体8を帯状体1の上面に貼着
することにより、部品6を収納した前記角孔2の

果、帯状体1の移送に支承をきたしたり、作業中
にフイルム体がはみ出し部分から剥離しやすくな
つてしまい、作業性を著しく損なう要因となつて
いた。

体の長手方向に延びて前記フイルム体と略同幅の
凹溝を設け、この凹溝内に前記フイルム体を配設
する構造とした。

等により予め形成されている。帯状体1に対する
この凹溝9の幅方向の位置は、少なくとも前記角
孔2の上部開口を包含し、かつ前記送り穴3にか
かることのない範囲に設定されており、角孔2の
内部にチツプ状電子部品等の部品6を収納した
後、凹溝9上にホツトメルト接着部材7を介して
フイルム体8を貼着することによつて、該角孔2
の上部開口が蓋閉されている。なお、ホツトメル
ト接着部材7は前記ホツトメルト接着部材4と、
またフイルム体8は前記フイルム体5と、それぞ

らはみ出して剥離しやすくなるといつた不所望な
事態が起こる心配がない。
