(Prior Art) In the case of a completely unexpected accident, such as a head-on collision of a car, etc., it is often impossible to take emergency avoidance action, and for example, the driver keeps his or her foot on the accelerator. Therefore, the electric circuit is still in a closed state, so sparks in the electric circuit, etc.
There was a risk that gasoline leaking from the other vehicle that had collided could ignite.

Of course, some electric vehicles are equipped with a device that cuts off the electrical circuit if a current exceeding a set value flows, but there is also a device that cuts off the power when a strong external impact force is applied. The reality is that there are still no vehicles equipped with this feature.

(Structure of the invention) As a means for achieving the above object, the present invention includes a cylindrical holder, a push rod with a T-shaped cross section that is slidably inserted into the holder, and a push rod that is slidably inserted into the holder. a contact member provided at a distance between one end and one end of the holder; an insulating cap covering the outer periphery of the portion where the contact member is provided; and a leaf spring provided inside the holder from one end to the other end. an impact detection switch that closes when receiving an impact force of a predetermined magnitude by engaging a bent portion formed at the tip of the leaf spring with an engaging portion formed on the push rod. , the engagement position of the leaf spring with the engagement portion of the push rod corresponds to when the push rod receives an impact and when the push rod does not receive an impact, and the impact detection switch includes an impact detection switch. It is constructed by connecting a circuit breaker which is activated by closing a switch and cuts off the connection between the power source and a load such as a motor. With this configuration, in the event of a collision, etc., this shock detection switch receives a strong impact force and closes, thereby operating the circuit breaker and disconnecting the power supply and load. It is designed to be blocked. The purpose is to ensure operation in this case and to simplify the structure.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a shock detection switch S, in which a cylindrical holder 1 has a sliding hole 2 formed therein. A shaft 4 of a push rod 3 having a T-shaped cross section is slidably inserted into the movable hole 2. An engaging portion 5 consisting of peaks and valleys is formed at the tip of the shaft 4, and one end of the engaging portion 5 is attached to the tip of the holder 1 via a screw 6. The other end of 7 is engaged. That is, the other end of the leaf spring 7 is bent into a curved shape, and the bent portion 7a engages with the peaks or valleys of the engaging portion 5. If this leaf spring 7 is given an elastic force that presses the shaft 4 in the radial direction of the sliding hole 2, the push rod 3 will not be able to move freely in its longitudinal direction, and the leaf spring 7 will not be able to move freely in its longitudinal direction. You can only move when you overcome the spring force. Therefore, by appropriately setting the spring force, it becomes possible to operate the impact detection switch S only when an impact force greater than a predetermined value acts on the push rod 3.

Further, a contact spring 8 that forms a contact member together with a contact plate 11 (described later) is attached to the other end surface of the holder 1 via a screw 9. This contact spring 8 is connected to the head 1 of the push rod 3.
A contact plate 11 made of a conductive flat washer or the like is fixed to the inner end surface of the 0 with an adhesive or the like.
It can be touched freely. The contact spring 8 is preferably a plate spring bent into a U-shape, as shown in FIG.

FIG. 3 shows an embodiment in which the shock detection switch S having the above structure is applied to a power cutoff device. It's becoming controlled. A circuit breaker 16 for cutting off the power is connected between the power supply 14 and the control device 15, and this circuit breaker 16 operates by receiving a signal from the control device 15,
It has become possible to block out Such a circuit breaker 16
For example, one having a trip coil can be mentioned.

In FIG. 1, when the right direction is the direction of movement of the vehicle, if the vehicle collides with an external obstacle and the impact force is greater than the urging force of the leaf spring 7, in other words, If the inertia force of the push rod 3 in the right direction is larger than the spring force, the push rod 3 moves to the right against the spring force of the leaf spring 7. The engagement between the bent portion 7a of the leaf spring 7 and the first valley 5a in the engaging portion 5 of the push rod 3 is released;
When the bent portion 7a newly engages with the second valley 5b of the engaging portion 5, the contact plate 11 comes into contact with the contact spring 8, and as a result, the pair of lead wires 13 are brought into contact with the contact plate 11. They are electrically connected to each other through the

When the shock detection switch S is closed in this way, the circuit breaker 16 operates to cut off the power supply 14, and as a result, no current flows through the load such as the motor M.

It should be noted that under normal operating conditions, the impact detection switch S is in an open state, and therefore the circuit breaker 16 is operated exclusively by signals from the control device 15.

The impact detection switch can also be closed by utilizing the mechanical displacement of the member caused by the impact force. The main components include a cylindrical holder, a push rod with a T-shaped cross section that is slidably fitted into the holder, and a contact member provided at a distance between one end of the push rod and one end of the holder. Since it consists of an insulating cap that covers the outer periphery of the part where the contact member is provided, and a leaf spring that is provided inside the holder from one end to the other, the structure is extremely simple. It has many advantages, such as fewer breakdowns, significantly improved assembly workability, and can be manufactured at low cost.
