Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the condensation of dew in a building by detecting outside air temperature, room temperature and relative temperature in the room, setting an outer-wall heat transmission coefficient, computing dew point temperature, and displaying the difference between the dew point temperature and the surface temperature in the room. CONSTITUTION:The numerical value of a specified outer-wall heat transmission coefficient is set in a setting device 5 beforehand. The detected signals of the outside air temperature and room temperature which are detected with detectors 2 and 3 and the signal of the preset outer-wall heat transmission coefficient are inputted into a processor 6. The temperature of a surface 1a in the room is computed with a circuit. The detected signals of the room temperature and the relative temperature in the room which are detected with the detectors 3 and 4 are inputted into the processor 6, and dew point temperature is computed. The processor 6 further computes the difference between the surface temperature in the room and the dew point temperature, and the result of the computation is displayed on a display part 7. Thus, the condensation of dew on the surface in the room can be found beforehand, and the occurrence of condensation can be prevented.

定する設定器をそれぞれ設け、上記外気温度検出器、室
温検出器、室内相対湿度検出器及び外壁熱貫流率設定器
は処理装置に電気的に接続されており、 この処理装置には結露発生警告表示部等の接点が接続さ
れており、 上記処理装置に設けている回路は、外気温度と室温と外
壁熱貫流率によって室内表面温度を算出する機能と、室
温と室内相対湿度から露点温度を算出する機能と、露点
温度と上記室内表面温度の差を求めて上記表示部に伝え
