態で架け渡し、前記駆動ローラー１と支持ガイド
４間の適所に超音波等のセンサー５ａ，５ｂを設
け、該センサーの発振器５ａからの振動波を、ミ
シンの縫製作業により引つ張られることに依つて
、下方に弛んだ状態から一線に緊張した状態とな
る前のテープ３に反射させ、反射振動波をセンサ
ー５の受信器５ｂで感知し、増幅器を通してリレ
ーを動作させ、駆動ローラー１を所定時間回転さ
せてテープ３を再び所定量の弛んだ状態に戻すこ
