図面は本考案の流体紫外線照射装置の実施例を
示すもので、第1図は複数枚の円板状の整流板に
設けた流通穴を内筒の外面に嵌め込み、各整流板
を相互に間隔を置いて、かつ各整流板の内周と内
筒の外面との間に流通間隙を形成させるとともに
各整流板の外周を外筒の内面に接するようにロツ
ドによつて外筒内に取り付けた状態を表す縦断面
説明図であり、第2図は第1図におけるA−A線
横断面説明図、第3図は整流板の複数個の流通穴
に内筒を流通間隙を置いて配設した状態を示す横
断面説明図である。

Claims (1)
る内筒を外筒内に配設し、紫外線照射によつて流
体中の細菌の殺菌、有機物の酸化分解、有害物質
の分解等の処理を行う流路を形成した流体紫外線
照射装置において、複数枚の円板状の整流板に設
けた流通穴を内筒の外面に嵌め込み、各整流板を
相互に間隔を置いて、かつ各整流板の内周と内筒
の外面との間に流通間隙を形成させるとともに各
整流板の外周を外筒の内面に接するように外筒内
に取り付けた整流板を付設した流体紫外線照射装
置。 (2) 第一請求項の各整流板に貫通孔を開けてロ
ツド等の支持具で取りり付けた整流板を付設した
流体紫外線照射装置。 (3) 第一請求項又は第二請求項の各整流板に複
数個の流通穴を設け、各流通穴に前記の内筒を嵌
