Currently, relaxation is prevented by In view of these current circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide a fishing rod that can be screwed onto the rod without using a washer or a tightening ring without loosening the plug, and a method for manufacturing the same. [Means for Solving the Problem] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a plug that is removably screwed onto a tubular rod body and one end thereof, in which the tubular rod body or the plug body is made flexible. It is made of a flexible material and has a high and low part formed in the threaded groove of the threaded part of either the flexible tubular rod body or the plug body. The tubular rod body can be made flexible by winding a buripreg used in the manufacture of conventional fishing rods and heat-curing it, and when the plug body is made of a flexible material. Use rubber or synthetic resin. In addition, in order to manufacture the fishing rod of the present invention, the outside of the flexible tubular rod body is deformed by pressure from multiple directions, and the inner circumference irri is rotary cut while in this pressurized and deformed state to form a female screw groove. After that, the pressure means is released to form a high and low portion in the female screw groove. As a means for pressurizing and deforming the 312-cho flexible tubular rod body,
Usually, there are cases in which the cross section of the tubular rod is deformed into an elliptical shape by applying pressure from opposite directions, and cases in which the cross section is deformed by pressure from three directions. [Function] In the fishing rod of the present invention, if at least one of the tubular rod body and the plug body screwed thereon is made of a flexible material, one screw groove in the screwed part may be raised or lowered. The bottom of the threaded groove is pressed against the threaded groove of the other threaded part to prevent loosening of the threaded part during use. In addition, the method for manufacturing a fishing rod of the present invention involves applying pressure to a flexible tubular rod body from multiple directions to deform it twice, and then deforming it by applying pressure and deforming it to a normal [l]
After forming a female thread with the turning means and the pressing means being released, the fishing rod is shaped with high and low parts on the female thread formed on the inner circumferential surface of the flexible tubular rod body. Can be shipped. [Example] l of the present invention! To explain the Y' thinness with reference to the drawings, it is a flexible tubular rod body 1 constructed by winding and heat-hardening a prep I nog as conventionally known. 2 is formed, and a threaded thread part 4 of a flexible plug body 3 made of a synthetic resin, Gols Z'F, is removably screwed onto the female threaded part 2. However, as shown in Fig. 3, the height of the thread groove of the female thread part 2 is high at the top and bottom parts like 2', and the height of the grooves at the left and right parts is low like 2''. On the other hand, the height of the screw P groove of the Western screw part 4 of the plug break 3 is formed uniformly like a normal screw II. When the A thread part 4 of the body 3 is screwed together, the low thread groove 2'' of the female thread part 2 is screwed into the thread groove of the male thread part 4 in a compressed state, and the screwing action between the two is strengthened, so that it can be used during use. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the height of the thread groove of the female thread part 2 of the tubular rod body is uniform, while the plug made of a flexible material is The height of the male threaded part 4 of the body 3 is such that the two lower parts are as high as 4', and the left and right parts are as low as 4'. To explain the manufacturing method of a fishing rod in which the thread groove of the female thread part 2 of the fishing rod 1 is shaped with high and low parts, the tubular rod body 1, which is formed by winding pre-regs into the same shape and being heat-hardened as is well known, is vertically rotated. Then, the cross section of the tubular rod body ↓ is deformed into an elliptical shape by applying pressure with a pressure step 5, and then, while in this pressurized and deformed state, the inner circumferential surface of one end is rotary cut using a normal screw groove forming means. Tubular rod body 1 deformed under pressure into an elliptical shape
The threaded groove in the long axis direction is shallow, and the threaded groove in the short direction is deep cut. The height of -
A tubular rod 1 with a prominently formed circumference is manufactured. Further, the pressurizing stage 5 can also be pressurized from three sides as shown in FIG. 10, and in this case, the height of the thread groove of the female screw portion 2 is shaped as shown in FIG. 11. [Effects of the Invention] In the fishing rod according to the present invention, either one or both of the tubular rod body and the plug body which is screwed into one end of the rod body when attached and detached from the rod body are made of a flexible material. Since a high and low part is formed at the height of the thread groove of the threaded part of the flexible layer L material, the lower part of the thread groove is threadedly connected to the other thread part in a resilient state, so that the thread is not screwed as in the conventional case. The plug body can be easily screwed onto the tubular rod body without the need for a washer or a fastening link, and without the need for the plug body to fall off or be lost due to loosening of the joint. In addition, when using the method of the present invention, the height deformation of the thread groove in the female thread part of the tubular rod body is performed by using a pressurizing means for the tubular rod rest (by M-turn cutting, which is the conventional means for forming the thread groove). It has an excellent feature that it can be formed simply and reliably, and that a fishing rod with a threaded groove in the female threaded portion can be manufactured economically and easily.
