- 回転軸を磁気軸受により支持してなる磁気軸受
装置において、前記回転軸の中心に穴を穿設する
とともに同穴にホルダーを挿入して、同ホルダー
により補助ベアリングを保持したことを特徴とす
る磁気軸受用補助ベアリング。
