声に対応する周波数帯域の信号を取り出すフイル
タ。 h 前記フイルタからの信号より、所定のしき
い値以上の信号を取り出すしきい値検出回路。 i 前記しきい値検出回路からの信号に応じて
警報を出す警報手段。 (2) つぎのa〜dの構成要素を有する送信機と
つぎのe〜mの構成要素を有する受信機とを備え
