In other words, when transporting by pipeline, it is necessary to reduce the frictional resistance of the earth and sand, and conventionally, lubricants such as water were injected near the earth and sand supply ports of the earth and sand transport pipes. Because it was pressurized, there was a problem that dirt could flow back into the lubricant storage chamber and injection hose, causing clogging.

On the other hand, soil with reduced frictional resistance or soil with high moisture content is difficult to handle after transportation, so solidifying agents such as cement or highly water-supplying resin are added near the end of the pipeline. However, the above-mentioned backflow problem also occurred when adding and injecting a solidifying agent.

《Structure of the device〉 In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an additive injection device for a sediment transport pipe, which includes a flange joint connected to a hollow cylindrical earth transport pipe, and an annular expansion on both sides of the flange joint. A diameter section is formed, one enlarged diameter section is used as a chamber for injecting additives separated from each other, and the other enlarged diameter section is configured to communicate between this chamber and the inside of the soil transport pipe by controlling the additive pressure in the chamber chamber. The present invention is characterized in that a plurality of discharge valves that are opened and closed are removably protruded in the circumferential direction of the flange joint.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an example of the use of the additive injection device 10 of the present invention, in which a pump 14 is connected to one end of a hollow cylindrical earth and sand transport pipe 12, and the other end of the transport pipe 12 is connected to a pump 14. A hopper 18 is installed to accommodate the transported earth and sand 16, and an injection device 10 is interposed in the middle of the earth and sand transport pipe 12, and injects a lubricant 13 such as water, gel-like superabsorbent resin, air bubbles, and mud oil. A lubricant injection pump 22 is connected to the injection device 10 via an injection hose 20.

On the other hand, the enlarged diameter portion 32b on the downstream side communicates with the inside of the hollow cylinder 28, and the inner surface of the flange 26 is opened and closed by the pressure of the lubricant 13 inside the chamber 36. Six discharge valves 38 that communicate with or disconnect the inside of the hollow cylinder 28 are provided so as to be removably attached at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.

The discharge valve 38 has a hollow cylindrical valve chamber 42 which is closed at one end and has a mounting screw 40 screwed onto the flange 26 at the other end, and a circumferential wall 44 that separates the valve chamber 42. Four nozzle holes 46 are drilled at predetermined intervals in the axial direction, an annular elastic sheet 48 that closes each two nozzle holes 46, and a sheet located at the center of the two nozzle holes 46. and a band 50 that fastens the elastic sheet 48 to the peripheral wall 44.

In the additive injection device 10 having the above configuration, for example, if the pump 14 is a piston type, the internal pressure in the earth and sand transport pipe 12 repeats pulsations at a predetermined period as shown in FIG. If the injection pressure is set to about the average pressure of the pulsation,
If the internal pressure inside 2 becomes lower than this (Fig.
T 1 , T 3 , T 5 , T 7 ...), a gap is created between the nozzle hole 46 of the discharge valve 38 and the elastic sheet 48 due to the injection pressure of the lubricant 13, and the lubricant is transported from this part. The lubricant 13 is spouted toward the earth and sand 16.

Then, while the internal pressure inside the transport pipe 12 is higher than the set pressure (T 2 , T 4 , . . . in FIG. 2), the differential pressure acts on the elastic sheet 48 in a direction to block the nozzle hole 46, so that dirt and sand are removed. 16 backflow is prevented.

Now, the additive injection device 10 for earth and sand transport pipes configured as described above is capable of smoothly injecting the lubricant 13 and reliably preventing backflow of earth and sand as described above, and is provided with a discharge valve 38 in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the lubricant 13 is annularly supplied to the inner surface of the earth and sand transport pipe 12, and as the earth and sand 16 moves,
It covers almost the entire length of the inner surface of the transport pipe 12, thereby significantly reducing the frictional resistance between the earth and sand 16 and the transport pipe 12.

Further, the nozzle hole 46 of the discharge valve 38 is connected to the earth and sand 16.
Clogging due to backflow of the lubricant 13 is prevented, and even if the lubricant 13 is clogged with foreign matter, it can be easily removed because the discharge valve 38 is removable.

Even if the discharge valve 38 configured in this manner is used, the same effects as those of the above embodiment can be obtained, and since the discharge valve 38 of this embodiment is composed of simple members, it is easy to manufacture. Great economical effect. In the above embodiment, the case where the lubricant 13 is injected into the earth and sand transport pipe 12 is illustrated, but the implementation of the present invention is not limited to this. Of course, it is also possible to install a solidifying agent such as powdered super absorbent resin or cement milk. Further, the discharge valve 38 may be provided in the enlarged diameter portion 34b on the upstream side, and the chamber 36 may be provided on the downstream side.
