端にはインジケータを設け、インジケータに取着
されて上・下動するスタイラスを試料の測定面に
沿わせて該試料の形状を測定する測定機において
、リンクの揺動とともに回転する固定軸には、ベ
ース上に配置した支持板に取着したロータリエン
コーダをカツプリングを介して連結し、又上記リ
ンクと連結する他のリンクの揺動とともに回転す
る軸には同じく上記リンク上に配置した支持板に
取着したロータリエンコーダとカツプリングを介
して連結し、これら両ロータリエンコーダからの
パルスを回転角に変換するためのコントローラを
連結し、該回転角とリンク長さにより、スタイラ
スの座標を演算し、演算して求められた座標値を
記憶するためのパソコンを連結したことを特徴と
するパンタグラフ式形状測定機。 (2) 上記ロータリエンコーダに回転トルク検出
器及びサーボモータ、またはパルスモータを連結
・取着した実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
パンタグラフ式形状測定機。 (3) 上記パンタグラフの先端にインジケータを
取着することなく、単なる測定端子を設けた実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載のパン
タグラフ式形状測定機。
