(産業上の利用分野)
本発明はゴムと金属、合成樹脂、繊維等の異質
材料を連続的に加硫接着させた長尺の積層シート
容易に得られるようにしたゴムと異質材料の連続
加硫方法に関し、特に積層シートのゴム層が薄肉

(従来の技術)
従来、薄肉の金属板等にゴムを加硫接着させる
方法としては、接着処理を行つた金属板等と未加
硫ゴムを積層しプレス金型でプレス加硫を行う方
法がよく知られているが、これは金型を用いるた

り、積層シートの用途によつてはゴム層が薄肉で
あることを要求される場合には、薄肉の未加硫ゴ
ムシートをロートキユアに供給しなければならな
いが、未加硫ゴムシートが引裂かれたり切断して

送り込むことが考えられるが、この場合、布シー
ト等が積層シートの製品の一部として残存してし
まい、所望の材料のみで製品を形成することがで
きない不都合があるほか、布シート等の再利用が

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決することを目的
とするもので、薄肉の未加硫ゴムシートとゴムと
は異質の帯状材料とを対向させながら同時にロー
トキユアの主ドラムと無端スチールベルトの間に
供給し、主ドラムの周面上で両者を積層すると共
に加圧加熱を行い、前記未加硫ゴムシートを加硫
すると同時に前記帯状材料と加硫接着するように
したゴムと異質材料の連続加硫接着方法であつ
て、前記未加硫ゴムシートを接着剤を塗布してい
ない保持シート上に粘着固定させた状態で前記ロ
ートキユアに供給すると共に、加硫後前記ゴムシ
ートから前記保持シートを剥離するようにしたこ

ゴムや天然ゴムを用いることができ、また加硫接
着に用いる接着剤は公知のものを任意に選択でき
るほか、ロートキユアの主ドラムと無端スチール
ベルトの間に送り込む薄肉の未加硫ゴムシート6
と帯状の異質材料7はいずれを主ドラム側に配置

Claims (1)
状材料とを対向させながら同時にロートキユアの
主ドラムと無端スチールベルトの間に供給し、主
ドラムの周面上で両者を積層すると共に加圧加熱
を行い、前記未加硫ゴムシートを加硫すると同時
に前記帯状材料と加硫接着するようにした方法で
あつて、前記未加硫ゴムシートを接着剤を塗布し
ていない保持シート上に粘着固定させた状態で前
記ロートキユアに供給すると共に、加硫後前記保
持シートを前記ゴムシートから剥離するようにし
たことを特徴とするゴムと異質材料の連続加硫接
