路による検出電圧に基づいて前記スイツチング素
子のオン状態を判定する判定回路と、この判定回
路により判定された前記スイツチング素子のオン
期間が所定時間以上継続したときに第1の警報信
号を発生するタイマ回路と、前記電圧検出回路に
よる検出電圧が所定の基準電圧より高い場合に第
2の警報信号を発生する信号発生回路とを具備し
