[Detailed explanation of the invention] <Purpose of the invention> Industrial application field This invention relates to frozen food packs.
Foods can be individually packaged and stored frozen, and when it is time to eat, the desired amount of each packaged food can be cut out and taken out, and the rest can be frozen and stored in the package. When using for meals, etc., each food can be packed in a lunch box while still frozen, and since each food is packed in a container such as aluminum foil, it must be heated in the container before eating. It also relates to frozen food packaging.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, food materials such as fish, meat, and vegetables have been commercially available in a frozen or chilled state. Recently, cooked side dishes are also commercially available in frozen or chilled form. These frozen or chilled foods are packed with foods such as food materials and household items in a frozen or cooled state, and are often packaged by food type. When eating, it is not limited to just one type of frozen food, but two or more types of frozen food are often opened and used.Especially when garnishing with many types of side dishes, such as in recent bentos, This involves opening the packages of a large number of frozen foods, taking out some of them, and thawing them.

Similarly, in the case of a small number of people, the package of one type of frozen food must be opened, a portion taken out, the remaining portion sealed and frozen again; in either case, the remaining portion has a shelf life. It was so bad that it ended up being scrapped.

For these reasons, prepared foods such as boxed lunches are divided into small portions at department stores and supermarkets, but they are often sold as is without being frozen, attracting a large number of customers. However, it is expensive because it is not suitable for mass production. Also,
As mentioned above, since the amount of frozen food per unit pack is large, it is also common practice at home to open the frozen food once it is frozen or slightly thawed, then divide it into sections, wrap them, and store them in the refrigerator. . but,
The current situation is that the separation of food products in homes and other places is carried out under extremely imperfect hygienic conditions, and that germs and the like enter the food during the separation process, resulting in a significant deterioration of its shelf life.

Problems to be solved by the invention This invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and specifically, the invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Each of these categories is independent and can be thawed individually, allowing you to store food of the appropriate type, especially for cooked items such as boxed lunches that require multiple items. Frozen food packs that can be packed together, each food individually kept in a storage container, and that when frozen or cooled are transferred to a lunch box, they thaw naturally and can be eaten as side dishes. propose.

<Structure of the invention> Means for solving the problems and their effects In other words, the frozen food package according to the invention has the following features:
At least two food storage chambers are provided on the base substrate, and food is stored in each of these storage chambers via a container such as aluminum foil, and the upper opening is closed and sealed with a sheet-like lid. It is characterized by being configured such that a cut line such as a thread is formed in between so that each food can be cut out.

First, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a base substrate. This base substrate 1 is usually made of synthetic resin, metal,
It is made of a film such as wood or paper, and on this base substrate 1 there are at least two storage chambers 2a, 2b, 2.
c, 2d, 2e, and 2f are provided. These containment chambers 2
A to 2f are for storing food in compartments, and can be constructed in any shape as long as the food can be stored therein. In the example shown in FIG. 1, six storage chambers 2a to 2f are formed, but usually the base It is sufficient that at least two storage chambers are formed on the substrate 1,
In particular, storage chambers are formed depending on the number of foods to be stored. It should be noted that these accommodation chambers 2a to 2f may be formed integrally with the base substrate 1 when the substrate 1 is formed, but they do not necessarily have to be formed integrally with the base substrate 1 at the time of formation.

Next, a required amount of foods 3a to 3f, such as cooked dishes, is inserted into each of the storage chambers 2a to 2f. In addition, without having to insert food items by item, one food item can be divided into desired amounts,
This sorted food can also be inserted into each storage chamber. In this way, the foods 3a to 3f are stored in each storage chamber 2a.
When inserting the food into ~2f, the food is inserted through the container 4 without directly inserting it. That is,
When supplying side dishes such as lunch boxes as the foods 3a to 3f, each of the foods 3a to 3f is placed in a container 4 and inserted into each storage chamber 2a to 2f, and in this state,
Freeze or cool.

従つて、使用時には、各収容室毎に後記の如く

Therefore, when using the food 3a, such as lunch box cleaning, etc., each storage chamber should be separated and opened as described below.
Foods 3a to 3f can be taken out together with the container 4 in a frozen state and put into a lunch box, and the foods 3a to 3f can be naturally thawed in the lunch box. Note that, if the container 4 is made of a heat-resistant material such as aluminum foil, the food does not necessarily have to be thawed naturally in the lunch box, but can be heated in a microwave oven or the like to thaw the container 4 and then eaten immediately.

Next, each of the foods 3a to 3f is individually inserted into each of the storage chambers 2a to 2f in this way, and
The open part on the upper surface of ~2f is sealed and packed with a sealing material 5 such as a transparent film. At this time, each of the storage chambers 2a to 2f of the base substrate 1 is
Cutting lines 6 such as threads are formed so that 2f can be separated individually. If the tear lines are formed in this way, each food item 3a to 3f can be separated into each storage chamber 2a to 2f while still being packaged, and when eating, the food items 3a to 3f can be separated from each storage chamber 2a to 2f as necessary from the tear line 6 to each storage chamber 2a to 2f.
You can eat it by simply cutting it out, opening it, and thawing it, and the rest of the food can be left packed in the storage chamber and stored as is.

<Effect of the invention> In general frozen or chilled foods, a considerable amount of food is packed in a unit bag. For this reason, as mentioned above, when it is time to eat, the entire package is opened, only the edible portion is taken out and thawed, and the remaining portion remains frozen, resealed, packaged, and frozen. Because of this, it has a poor shelf life and is prone to corrosion, so it is not all used up and a considerable amount is often discarded.
On the other hand, in the package according to the present invention, as mentioned above, the food is individually packaged and each package is separated by the cut, so that the required amount can be thawed and the remaining portion can be left unfrozen. Since it is in an open state, it can be stored for a very long time. Furthermore, since the food items are individually packaged, they can be heated in a microwave oven without generating sparks.

In addition, since each food is stored in each storage chamber via a container, each food can be transferred to a lunch box, etc. in its container and thawed naturally in the lunch box, as described above, and each food can be stored in a lunch box, etc. Already seasoned,
Even if the cooked food contains a lot of moisture, the taste and moisture are retained by the container, and the taste and moisture are not mixed into other foods, and the taste and moisture can be taken out without leaving any taste or moisture in each storage chamber of the base substrate. The result is food that is almost the same as home-cooked food.

In addition, in the above, the base substrate is usually made of a film such as synthetic resin, and the storage chamber is integrally molded onto this, but other materials other than synthetic resin, such as paper or metal foil, can also be used to integrally form the storage chamber for food. It can be constructed from anything that exists. In addition, containers do not necessarily need to be made of aluminum foil, but in the recent times when thin stainless steel and iron foil are available, containers can be made of these, and depending on the food, containers can also be made of paper, synthetic resin film, etc. Can be configured.
