However, in the conventional heat exchangers for water heaters and the like as described above, the wall thickness of the heating tube 1 is generally made thin in consideration of economic efficiency, so the temperature distribution during heating is not uniform. There is a high possibility that the side facing the burner will reach a high temperature and boil, and if it boils, it will generate abnormal noise. As a countermeasure for this, the thickness of the heating tube is increased to make the temperature distribution uniform, or as shown in FIG. Efforts have been made to make the temperature distribution uniform by increasing the heat capacity of the tube 1 on the side facing the burner, but both methods have the problem of increasing costs.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a heat exchanger that can prevent local boiling.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, this invention
In a heat exchanger for hot water supply, etc., in which a plurality of fins each having a spacing cylinder are externally mounted and fixed to a heating tube, and the fins and the heating tube are heated by a burner to heat water passing through the heating tube. The height of the spacing cylinder of the fins on the side facing the burner is such that the fins can be attached to the heating tube while maintaining a predetermined spacing, and the height of the spacing cylinder on the side opposite the burner is increased. It is characterized by successively lower levels.

As mentioned above, in the present invention, the height of the spacing cylinder on the side facing the burner is such that the fins can be attached to the heating tube while maintaining a predetermined spacing. Since the height of the cylinder is gradually lowered, the fins can be attached to the heating tube while maintaining a predetermined interval, and the heat capacity of the fins that fit onto the heating tube is the largest on the side facing the burner.
It gradually becomes smaller towards the side opposite the burner, and for this reason, it is necessary to thicken the wall of the heating tube or install a round rod to increase the heat capacity inside the heating tube on the side facing the burner. Even if it is not fixed, the heating tube can be heated almost uniformly over its entire circumference, thereby preventing the side facing the burner from becoming extremely hot and boiling.

0a is formed. In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the spacing cylinder 20a of the fins 20 has a height of b on the side 20b facing the burner so that the fins are attached to the heating tube with a predetermined spacing, and The height of the side 20c is gradually lowered to the lowest c dimension.

So that the highest side 20b of 0a faces the burner,
Further, the high side 20b of the spacing cylinder 20a abuts the adjacent fins, and the fins are fitted and fixed onto the heating tube 1 so as to maintain a predetermined spacing.

なつて沸騰することを防止することができる。 As described above, in the fin 20 of the present invention, the height b of the spacing cylinder 20a facing the burner has a predetermined spacing dimension, and the height of the spacing cylinder 20c gradually increases as the distance from the burner side 20c increases. Since the heat capacity of the fins is lower, the heat capacity of the fins is largest on the side facing the burner, and gradually decreases as it moves away from the burner. Therefore, the heating tube 1 is heated almost uniformly over the entire circumference, and the heat capacity of the fins is Only the other side can be prevented from becoming extremely hot and boiling.

As mentioned above, the boiling prevention structure of the heat exchanger of the present invention does not require increasing the thickness of the heating tube or fixing a metal rod or the like to increase the heat capacity inside the heating tube, unlike conventional methods. It is possible to prevent the side facing the burner from becoming extremely high temperature and boiling, and it has the effect of being able to be implemented at low cost.
